The Space

This brand-new, beautifully furnished two-bedroom home offers spacious and private accommodations. It features an open floor plan with an upscale kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV. The home boasts incredible ocean views throughout.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh linens, pillows, and bedding. The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom with a soaker tub overlooking the ocean and direct access to the patio. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with queen-sized mattresses plus an additional queen-sized bed.
The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa and large patio doors that open onto the pool deck area. Outside, you will find lounge furniture and an infinity pool. Additional amenities include onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless entry.
Guest Access

A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the home, so be prepared for your adventurous excursions!

Nadiah’s place looks amazing in photos but in real life it’s something else! The view is absolutely breathtaking. Property itself is thoughtfully designed, modern and airy, and comes furnished with everything you might need for your stay. We will absolutely be back here. Pool deck is the real star of the show with a nice sized pool overlooking the ocean and providing the most beautiful sunsets. Location is very private and absolutely worth the drive up. Be advised you will need a real 4x4 to get up comfortably. We rented a Land Cruiser and never had any issues on the road up. Pavones in general is my new favorite place in Costa Rica. People are friendly and living the Pura Vida! This place is free from major hotels and resorts, if you’re into supporting the local businesses like we are, you will enjoy it. We went surfing with Coco who runs a company called Cocodrone. Highly recommend him for your surfing lessons.

My family and I LOVED our stay at this beautiful oasis on the mountain. It had been years since my husband and I had stayed at Pavones.... and this was the perfect way to come revisit the town and show its beauty to our two boys (10 and 13). A short drive to the beach for some surf and evenings poolside watching the sunset and coming storms. We would def stay here again. Clean, comfy, great hosts.

Stayed here for one week as a home base to surf Pavones. 4 wheel drive definitely required for access but once at the property we had a stunning view of the jungle and ocean. About 10 mins to Pavones beach and another 10 to Punta Banco. Modern amenities provided, excellent kitchen, pool, and bedrooms. However, we had several properties prolonged instances of power outages and one instance of wifi outage which Nadiah was available for help with, so the property is not entirely reliable for either service. No back up generator on site. Could also use dressers for clothing storage. Overall, great location in the rugged surf town of Pavones and generally satisfied with our stay.

Fantastic place with a magic view and amazing pool. Everything was perfect there, we loved it with our 3 little boys. The access is super challenging so anticipate it with a good car but the reward is spectacular…

Nadiah's house is breathtaking beyond words! This is by far one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. The view of the jungle and ocean from the infinity pool is stunning. Nadia and the property manager Erick were extremely nice and helpful during our stay. As far as getting to the house, we had a 4x4 vehicle (which you would want/need for getting around) and rented an ATV (our preferred method of getting around) and had no trouble getting to and from the house.

Nadiah’s home far exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, private, spacious, very comfortable and had a full kitchen! The view of the sunset each night is the best in Pavones. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. We’ve been coming to Pavones for a few years and this is the most beautiful home and view! Nadiah is also extremely helpful with clear directions, local recommendations, and a quick response time in case anything is needed! She is an amazing host. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this stay. This was a trip we will always remember.
