The Space
This 10th-floor penthouse at The Palms Jacó offers breathtaking ocean views from the north end of Jacó Beach. The oversized balcony includes chaise longues, an electric grill, and a large table with seating for six, perfect for enjoying sunsets and panoramic sights of the palm-lined beach stretching south.
Inside, the unit features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The modern, upscale interior includes stainless steel appliances such as a large refrigerator with an ice maker, stove/oven, and dishwasher. The bedding arrangement consists of one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds. The twin beds can be combined with king-sized sheets and a foam wedge to create a larger bed.
Location
Situated at the quieter north end of Jacó Beach, this condominium is just a short walk or taxi ride from downtown Jacó. Nearby, Monkey Beach lies just beyond the river mouth to the north, offering a secluded cove favored by local fishermen.

Guest Access
Guests have use of The Palms condominium pool area as well as the Croc’s resort pool area, subject to certain rules. Each apartment is entitled to two parking spaces; however, only one car can park in the small lot adjacent to the building, which is limited in capacity. If that lot is full or if you have a second vehicle, parking is available 50 meters from the entrance in a lot managed by Croc’s.

Pack ’n Play travel cribs and baby highchairs are available for rent at $4 per day each. Please notify in advance to reserve these items.

What a great find in Jaco, super nice corner penthouse unit, very comfortable, great AC and TVs in all rooms, comfortable bedding, well stocked kitchen, overall a great find. The host Gabriel was also very helpful meeting us at the unit to give local recommendations. The building was quite and private and we had the pool to ourself most of the time, as an added bonus you can use the beautiful pool at Crocs next door. Enjoy your stay in Jaco, Pura Vida

The penthouse is very spacious and clean. The views are simply spectacular, and the tranquility of the place makes for a very pleasant experience. Everything flows perfectly during the stay. A very important plus is having access to the facilities of the Hotel Crocs, which enhances the overall experience even more.

Our Beachhome representative, Gabriel, made our stay most enjoyable. He was there when I needed help with extra cleaning, booking a spa or crocodile viewing excursion and finding the best grocery store and restaurants. I am so grateful for his help. The breakfasts on the balcony were so peaceful; we even saw a pair of macaws . The sunsets were spectacular.! It was a comfortable place for the five of us for a week.

I have stayed here before and it’s an excellent place to stay. The multiple pools and connecting to the next door facilities/crocs is excellent. Communication was top notch. Definitely will stay again. The sunsets are unbelievable

The BEACHHOME in Jaco was in an excellent location and provided access to Croc's resort - swimming pool, restaurants, and casino. The view from the top, 10th story balcony are unbeatable. The three bedrooms and four beds were perfect for our family of five. Direct access to the beach, to Crocs, and to town made the stay everything you can hope for.

My third time staying at the Palms. The location is great if you like quiet and awesome views. It’s a 5 min walk to restaurant and bars. It’s a $4 Uber to everything else in Jaco. The guards are amazing, especially Tony. Will be back again soon!
