The Enclave at Playa Avellanas is a recently developed gated community. Villa B5 is part of a private sub-community comprising nine villas arranged around a large sapphire pool. Completed in 2023, this luxury villa spans 1,854 square feet and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is professionally designed with upscale furnishings, WiFi, and air conditioning throughout.

This peaceful tropical retreat is ideal for families, groups of friends, surfers, eco-tourists, and nature enthusiasts. Playa Avellanas is renowned for its vast white sand beaches and excellent surf breaks, featuring eight spots suitable for all skill levels with swells arriving from both hemispheres.

Living Spaces

Villa B5 showcases modern architecture with high ceilings and an open, airy atmosphere. Natural light floods the interior through floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room incorporates natural materials such as polished stone countertops, teak and Guanacaste wood furniture, and throw pillows made from natural fibers, creating an elegant and organic ambiance.

The seating area includes a gray sectional sofa, a stylish area rug, and a Guanacaste wood coffee table arranged around a custom teak entertainment center with a wall-mounted Smart TV. This space is perfect for streaming your favorite shows or enjoying a good book.

Sliding glass doors from the living and dining areas open to a covered terrace overlooking exotic tropical gardens, palm trees, and the swimming pool. Clerestory windows add extra natural light, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped designer kitchen features custom cabinets in a coconut husk tone and ample storage space. Luxury stainless steel appliances include:

Villa B5 offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating six guests. Each bedroom has high ceilings, ceiling fans, air conditioning, vibrant artwork, closets, nightstands with reading lamps, and sliding glass doors opening to the terrace and gardens. Blackout curtains ensure privacy at night.

All beds are fitted with new, high-quality mattresses, luxurious linens, and premium pillows and blankets.

• Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with a private ensuite bathroom featuring natural light from clerestory windows, a double-sink custom vanity, bathtub, glass-door shower with black granite tile accents, and an attached open-air shower.

Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and hairdryers for your convenience.

The villa also includes a laundry room equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and a large double-basin laundry sink.

The outdoor space is a standout feature of this resort-style enclave. The living and dining areas open onto a covered terrace designed for alfresco dining and outdoor living. This space includes tile flooring, exposed ceiling beams, ceiling fans, and tasteful earth-tone furnishings, making it an inviting spot for gatherings near the pool.

Tropical gardens and palm trees surround the community, with the pool located just steps from the villa. Enjoy morning swims, relaxation, or sunbathing on poolside lounge chairs. Shade options provide a comfortable place for a refreshing siesta.

A poolside patio BBQ allows you to grill a variety of foods, from burgers and portobello mushrooms to fresh seafood. Add tropical flair with grilled pineapple, mango, or citrus.

The beach is less than one mile away. Playa Avellanas is situated on Costa Rica’s “Gold Coast,” just 15 minutes south of Tamarindo and close to the JW Marriott Guanacaste, which features a private country club with an 18-hole golf course.
