Relax in a spacious, open layout with all the amenities, including A/C, TV, WiFi, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. You will be nearby the Sailing Center, restaurants, grocery stores, and a 10-20 min drive to several beautiful beaches in Guanacaste. Other things to note We are not accepting visitors with pets at this time.

Nuestra estadía fue encantadora ✨. La casa estaba impecable, muy cómoda y con todos los detalles necesarios para disfrutar al máximo. La ubicación es excelente, no solo por estar en Playa Potrero, sino también porque es perfecta para visitar varias playas cercanas y descubrir toda la belleza de la zona 🌴🏖️. El ambiente es tranquilo y seguro, ideal para relajarse y desconectarse. Definitivamente fue una experiencia maravillosa y nos encantaría volver pronto. ¡Un lugar que recomendamos al 100%!

El apartamento nos gustó mucho, y la piscina estaba muy bien, además el host estuvo muy atento. Lo único malo es que no había jabón de ducha y poco papel higiénico, por lo demás habían muchas toallas que eso está muy bien y utensilios de cocina.

Place was good, but the photo's were a little deceiving. Walking to and from the neighborhood stores was a bit tricker than expected. The trail behind the condo was great, but walking to some businesses was like playing frogger if you had to go on the main road. There were very few areas on the side of the main road to walk on and walking on the road was dangerous. Overall good place, but just be aware of the how you'll get around to where you want to go. Uber was useful.

This place is very good. We enjoyed the swimming pool by a lot. The apartment was always relatively cool despite the extremely hot weather outside. There was no shampoo or soap in the showers, but there were lots of towels. It was in a very tranquil neighborhood. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the location. I did read about having to walk for about 10 minutes to get to the beach, but there was a narrow path through the lot next to it that was not easy to walk for my parents. Anyhow, I still think it's a great location for you to explore nearby beaches. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay in Potrero at Brian’s condo! It was low season so we basically had the pool area to ourselves and didn’t see many other people. We felt safe in the gated condo complex and had a large private patio. The condo met our needs and was very spacious. The kitchen was a bit tight and could use some additional utensils. It was great having laundry right at the condo and having 2 bathrooms for our family of 4 was an added bonus. We were disappointed to not have any beach items available upon our arrival so we bought 2 chairs and 2 boogie boards and left for future guests. Brian was nice enough to send us some funds for doing this. The condo was a very short walk to some amenities, including a few restaurants, doctor and pharmacy which we had to use as our daughter had an ear infection. It was also a fairly short walk to the beach which was great. Overall we had a great stay and the price was great for this condo!

Todo excelente, un lugar muy tranquilo, personal de seguridad y de limpieza muy amables. Recomiendo llevar tu propio jabón de baño y shampoo, la villa no lo provee. En general todo fue maravilloso en este lugar.

very spacious and clean. loved the amount of kitchen supplies available. loved the laundry soap that was provided. loved all the different beaches in close proximity. loved the sound of howler monkeys in the morning. each beach is amazing and unique in their own ways. the place is very quiet and private.

Condominio bien localizado, cerca de la playa caminando inclusive. Lugar bonito, cuidado, amplio y cómodo. Cocina equipada. Personal amable. Todo estuvo excelente, la pasamos muy bien, sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a visitarlos.

Excelente lugar, buena ubicación para visitar Conchal, Penca, Brasilito y alrededores. Nos encantó el lugar, muy bien cuidado en todo sentido. Nos gustó mucho y definitivamente volveremos!
