The Space
Welcome to Casa Bella, the perfect starting point for your memorable Akumal vacation. Upon entering the property, you'll feel the refreshing ocean breeze and see the pool area surrounded by tall palm trees, accompanied by a relaxing deck ideal for unwinding in the tranquil poolside garden.
Inside, the open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, leading out to a beautiful back deck overlooking the world-famous Yalku Lagoon cenote. This level also includes an oceanfront bedroom furnished with two double beds.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with king-size beds, offering stunning views of the lagoon and the Caribbean Sea. The second-level veranda provides a peaceful spot to lounge, read, and enjoy the scenery. The rooftop features a viewing dome and deck, perfect for watching sunsets with friends.
The fourth bedroom is located on the third-level roof terrace and includes a king bed. Adjacent to this is a newly added rooftop Jacuzzi with panoramic views of Yalku Lagoon and the Caribbean Ocean.
Included with your rental is access to the guesthouse (casita) near the pool. The casita has three bedrooms: two with two double beds each and one with a king-size bed. These rooms share two bathrooms and a living room, making it an excellent space for grandchildren or guests seeking privacy from the main house.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the villa, guesthouse, and two private pools: the main pool and the half-moon oceanfront pool. The penthouse bedroom suite includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, breathtaking views of the lagoon and open ocean, and a new Jacuzzi.
The Half Moon Ocean View Pool can be heated for an additional $300 USD per week.
Additional Information
- The base rate covers up to 8 guests. Additional charges apply for extra guests and will be calculated after the total number of guests is provided.
- Up to two infants (24 months and under) stay free of charge.
- Reservations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's require a minimum stay of seven nights.
- Rigorous cleaning protocols are in place, including the use of Clorox and a disinfecting fogger (U.S. NSF Certification No. 148127) to ensure guest safety.
- Washer/dryer service is available with maid assistance at an extra cost beyond the two complimentary loads for stays of seven nights or more ($8 USD per additional load).
- An iron is available upon request at no extra charge.
- Air conditioning is provided only in the bedrooms; the living room and kitchen are not air-conditioned.
- Chef service includes up to three meals daily, served between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., for up to 16 guests. Additional guests incur a $25 USD daily fee. The service covers meal preparation, serving, and cleanup, and can accommodate dietary restrictions.
- Grocery costs, a $25 USD daily shopping fee ($150 USD per week), and gratuities are not included. A $1000 USD food deposit is required, with grocery receipts provided by the chef.
- Airport transfers and car rentals can be arranged upon request; please contact for rates and details.
- Golf cart rentals in Akumal (4-person) are available for 800 pesos per day, with pickup at 9 a.m. the day after arrival. A 1000 pesos security deposit is required. Availability is limited and requires advance notice.
- Three-night reservations are possible with owner approval; inquiries are welcome.
- Seasonal seaweed influx may affect the beach area due to shifting currents and weather patterns.

This is a fantastic property and incredible people run it. The property manager, the cooks, the housekeeping staff…..all of them amazing. We had a group of 16 kids down to 5 and adult up to 70. The house was perfect for everyone. We are trying to figure out when to return next year. It really is an awesome Airbnb.

Our group of 14 felt right at home! The house and pool house are stunning! The view from the main house (from every room) was beautiful. I can't say enough great things about Edwin (chef) and his crew. They were accommodating and food was delicious. All food allergies were accommodated too! The daily cleaning of the rooms was a nice surprise. I can't say enough of great things about this place. It was simply wonderful! FYI- take plenty of cash. We ran out on the third day.

Casa Bella was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. There was plenty of room for our group, both the Half-Moon pool and penthouse jacuzzi were plenty warm, and the house was pristinely clean. Chef Antonio’s chef team Edwin and Betty made the best food and they catered to a wide range of dietary restrictions in our group. The lagoon and nearby cenote were gorgeous, and the provided kayaks and paddleboards were a great addition. Maria and Martina were extremely helpful in setting up van transportation for our group, and Rhett offered great recommendations for restaurants. We would come back. Thank you so much for having us!

We selected this Villa to use as a corporate retreat for our office. The space was great for us to spread out and also come together to accomplish our work. We had the private chef service and highly recommend utilizing this! The food was fresh, healthy and so delicious. We enjoyed the kayaks, running, walking and exploring the lagoon. We were about 35 mins from Tulum and 40 mins from Playa del Carmen. The space was cleaned daily. We would definitely book again!

My family, friends and I had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is lovely, the views incredible, the pools and jacuzzi are great and the staff are super welcoming and helpful. Having a chef prepare our menus and oversee our meals was ideal and the food was delicious - for Mexicans, internationals, children and adults. Being able to jump in the ocean, snorkel and kayak right from the house was also a highlight. Thank you to everyone for making our stay one of the best!

Our family of 10 spent a blissful 10 days at Casa Bella. The home is gorgeous. When you walk into the home you see the Caribbean just outside your doors. The view is breathtaking- crystalline clear waters and no other house in immediate view. The house was immaculate and maintained that way throughout our stay by the wonderful Najeli and Carlos. We arranged to have chef services daily and that make our stay extraordinary. The outstanding chef Adriana her son Carlos and sous chef David were so great and their food simply amazing. They made a delicious breakfast and fantastic dinner for us every day and were kind enough to keep us supplied with fresh fruit, water, and anything else we needed. Now to the snorkeling. It was fantastic and you saw a vast array of fish as soon as you got in the water! Bring your snorkeling gear and water shoes - all of us, from age 20 to 70, were amazed. The house sits on a cove protected by reef so the water is gentle. 10 stars all around!

Wonderful villa in the heart of Akumal! We just stayed here with my family of 13 and each had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen staff (Rafael/Pablo), house staff (Carlos) , and cleaning staff (Nayeli) accommodated any needs that we had. As far as the house goes, AC in every sleeping room that works perfectly! We simply cannot wait to come back!

This is a beautiful property at the end of the neighborhood -so very quiet and private. The Chef service was fabulous. Great food and variety of dishes. They accommodated our group of 13 (3 families ) and worked around our varied activities. The property is beautiful, has great snorkeling and is close to many activities and excursions. Great pool too. I would definitely come back !! Plenty of room to spread out or hang with a group. A 5 star experience!

We stayed with a group of 16 and had a great time. The house had no issues accommodating everyone and the place was absolutely beautiful. Right on the water with a ton of Snorkeling right there. The host/ management company was super responsive, helped us setup transportation and gave advice/recommendations where needed. The rental was a bit pricey but 100% recommend for those who can afford it. You can't beat water front access!
