Inside, you’ll find exquisite artistry including hand-painted Nicaraguan floor tiles, intricately carved wooden doors and windows, and custom décor that reflects Costa Rica’s cultural heritage while providing resort-level comfort. This is one of my first air bnb experiences out of the country (We live in the USA). Between the views, the pool, the hospitality and ease of communication was great. It is clean, open and spacious. We actually preferred to stay at the house because of its beauty and homeyness. The bathrooms and closets were spacious. Both kids and adults had an amazing time and created amazing memories and bonds that will be forever remembered. AC also works amazing!

Casa Margarita was better than expected and Zindis was responsive every time we needed something. From the concierge to the few different request we had at the house. Great place for a family get away. The adults and kids loved it. Few comments about the driveway on other reviews. I wouldn’t be concerned. It’s a steep hill. Makes for a great morning workout ;)

This was a beautiful house for our family and met our needs/expectations. The view from the house and the pool was to die for. The driveway was a little scary at first but once you are used to the mountain/jungle drive you are fine! The house manager Alex was extremely helpful and responsive and helped us with all of our needs quickly. The house is located in great area that feels safe and allows for close by shopping, grocery’s, and restaurants.

This home is absolutely beautiful, and the views exceeded our expectations, even compared to the stunning photos. The neighborhood is quite hilly, so it's worth keeping in mind if you have any mobility concerns. There are several stairs and steep inclines, especially if you're taking Ubers to and from town as most won't come down the steep drive way. Host did a great job communicating with us and making sure we we're set during our stay. Perfect for our group of 9!

Casa Margarita is a beautiful home and was an excellent location for our family vacation. The home was well equipped with everything needed for the pool, beach, or just hanging out. The view from this home is absolutely spectacular and is unobstructed. It is an excellent spot to watch the sunset over the ocean. The management team was awesome, checking in with us and responding quickly to any issue. I would absolutely stay here again. As others have mentioned, this home as others in the Playa Hermosa area are on steep hills/mountains. Rent a 4x4 small SUV to handle the mountains and ensure you have the space to park under the home's carport. This is essential as the neighboring home's parking area is right behind this one. However, if you have a large vehicle like I did, you can park at the top of the driveway and walk down the hill to the home.

Our 4th time in Costa Rica, 3rd as a family (kids now 8&11). By far the best part of our trip. The second, was another home hosted by Zindis in this community of Hermosa Heights. Immediate responses, helps with every single thing and Alex is the man.

La casa estuvo excelente, disfrutamos mucho de la zona y lo más impresionante de la casa es la vista de la bahía de playa hermosa. Totalmente recomendado. Como único comentario a tomar en consideración, es cuidar a los niños en la piscina ya que tiene el borde con una caída muy alta que para niños puede ser muy peligroso.

Casa Margarita is a great house with a beautiful view and a perfect yard; with a pool, a small grass area and an outdoor kitchen. However, the location is inconvenient. It sits near the top of a steep hill that is difficult to get up and down without a car. Ubers are hard to book because they don't want to come up the steep hill. We had several cancellations. The hospitality company managing the rental does not provide transportation up and down the hill unless you pay a $30 fee each time. Also the description of the number of beds listed in the ad is incorrect. It said one bedroom (Bedroom 5) had 2 beds: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double Bed, which meant we were one bed short and required two people to sleep on the couch. I was unable to address this issue with the management company because the contact person didn't respond. Last but not least, if you have mobility issues this is not the rental for you. You cannot access the house without going up & down the stairs outside the house.

We had a wonderful 6 days here as a family of 9, there was plenty of space for everyone! Absolutely stunning house with amazing breathtaking views! Pool was awesome, lots of sun loungers and beach towels was nice to have there! All the bedrooms were a great size and everything was super clean. As others have mentioned the house is on a hill (all the nice houses in the area are) you will need a 4 wd. It’s steep but paved and once you get the first drive out the way it becomes very easy. Would be tough without a car so definitely recommend having one if you stay here. One other thing to mention is that the stay was very peaceful until the 4th day when next door neighbors checked in, you are very close to next door house, which was fine until the last night when they partied late. I’m sure not all the guests will be like that but sound travels n the hill. 10/10 stay definitely recommend!
