From the moment we arrived, we knew this property was something special. The home is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with every luxury and amenity needed for an unforgettable stay. It was the perfect place to relax while enjoying everything Costa Rica has to offer. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality. Faride and Edison, the housekeepers, were simply wonderful. They were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive, and their care and attention to detail made the experience feel truly first-class. The concierge team was equally outstanding. They were always responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive, helping us arrange everything from excursions to dining recommendations with ease. Their service elevated our entire vacation and allowed us to simply relax and enjoy every moment. This was one of the best vacation experiences we’ve had. Our stay was incredible! The accommodations were 5 stars and far exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely gracious! Our house staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. I do recommend renting the golf cart to get around the expansive property! We will return! PURA VIDA!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home highly enough. The property exceeded our expectations in every way and was even better than the photos — which is saying a lot. Our group of 9 (two families) felt right at home. One of our favorite parts was the backyard. It felt incredibly private and peaceful, which was such a luxury traveling with children. Many nearby homes seem to back up to roads or have much less privacy, but this backyard truly felt like our own little oasis. The hosts were fantastic from start to finish; so responsive, helpful, and thoughtful in answering every question we had both before arrival and throughout our stay. Their hospitality made everything seamless. Having breakfast prepared for us each morning was such a treat and made the experience feel even more special and curated. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone visiting Hacienda Pinilla.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! We were two families with six kids under the age of ten, and this home was the perfect setting for our much needed vacation. The house is beautiful inside and out, with high-end furniture and decor. It felt like home immediately. The backyard has a lovely pool and a great grassy area where the kids could run around and play. Despite our large group, the entire property felt spacious, quiet and peaceful. Daniele was extremely responsive and ensured our vacation was seamless. She went above and beyond, arranging everything from our airport transportation and excursions to making sure the house was fully stocked with food, coffee, and wine before we arrived. She even acquired everything we needed for our two babies. I highly recommend renting the golf cart. We took it down to the beach every single evening to watch the sunsets which were stunning. This was the perfect vacation and we would definitely come back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Casa Tanamera and can’t say enough good things about this home. From the moment we booked, Joanna and Olivier were extremely helpful, thoughtful, and responsive, making the entire experience seamless, especially while traveling with kids. The home is truly perfect for families, they even provided pool toys for the kids, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. The property felt very safe and secure, giving us total peace of mind, and the setting is stunning, surrounded by nature and plenty of wildlife, which made the stay feel like a private retreat. Faride, the housekeeper, was an absolute highlight of our stay. She took amazing care of us, helped with breakfast, kept everything spotless, and made the experience feel like a luxury hotel with the warmth and comfort of home. Daniele was also incredibly helpful and attentive, always available whenever we needed assistance. The pool was fantastic, and the beach club access was amazing.

Loved our time at casa Tanamera. Perfect to spend time with family, friends and even kids. The salty pool was amazing, little to no cloride. Faride, the housekeeper was also a highlight, helped us with breakfast, kept all the place nice and clean, laundry service, etc. They knew we were staying with a 16 months old baby and surprised us with a “baby next to me” and a highchair 🥹 5 star hotel stay 👏👏👏 Thank you

We had an amazing stay at Casa Tanamera. Joanna and Olivier thought of every detail. The home was simply gorgeous- very clean, beautifully decorated, stunning and peaceful outdoor living space and pool. The beds were very comfortable and all the linens were high end. We have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world and this house certainly competes. The neighborhood was lovely- two gates to get in, which made us feel very safe. It was wonderful to have the Club de Playa about a 5 minute drive away, for amenities and beach access. The kids loved riding on the golf cart. This home is a gem! What sets this apart from other homes is the warmth and care that Joanna and Olivier brought to our experience. Their kindness and hospitality, plus that of Daniele our concierge, allowed us to relax and enjoy everything in CR. They helped with many fun excursions, massage, private chef dinner, and anything we needed at all, no matter the ask. We can’t thank them enough and hope to be back!

Un véritable petit bout de paradis, au cœur d’une réserve naturelle, entourés d’animaux et de nature. Les hôtes sont chaleureux, attentionnés et très accueillants : on se sent immédiatement chez soi. La maison est magnifique, parfaitement équipée, et sans aucun doute la meilleure literie de tout le Costa Rica. La piscine est un rêve, et l’accès au beach club offre toutes les activités possibles. Comble du chic : une voiturette est à disposition pour se déplacer dans le domaine. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous au Costa Rica. Merci Olivier et Johanna Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

We just had an incredible stay at Casa Tanamera! Our first time family trip to Costa Rica… Friends recommended Hacienda Pinilla, and we sure did find the right house! The Hospitality started well before we Got there! They had a whole team to take care of us! Not only the owners, but also Daniele, who was so helpful as well… we were greeted at the property by all, with incredible hospitality and warmth. The house was incredible, meticulously detailed, and no details were missed! We had Feride literally taking care of us each morning… she cooked us all Costa Rican breakfast! Did Laundry for us! And was a pleasure having around! The pool, the incredibly stocked kitchen , the furniture, the location , and a big plus was total access to the amazing beach club… the most beautiful beach we have seen… Golf, pickleball, mountain biking, surfing, and incredible dinners all nearby. If you get a chance to visit here don’t hesitate.. Incredible experience, perfect house, Pura Vida!
