Kickback and relax at this beautiful 2 bedroom condo that is located on the beach in Jaco. Just steps away from the beach and a 10-15 min walk from great restaurants, stores and nightlife. Amazing ocean and sunset views with balconies and a roof top terrace. Beautiful pool and chairs at your convenience. There are so many things to do in and around town such as fishing, waterfall tours, ATV tours, zip lining, golfing, go to the casino and white water rafting. Bahia Encantada K3 24/7 security. The space The guest room is equipped with a queen and single bed. The guest room also has its own balcony, TV, closet, and additional storage for clothes. The bathroom is just a few steps away from the room. Moving onto the master bedroom which has a king bed, TV, closet, safe, balcony and a bathroom attached to the room. Moving onto the living room and kitchen which is an open space. One connecting to the other. From the living room you can access two balconies. Both have a view of the beach and pool. The one balcony has a stair case that takes you up to the roof top terrace which is equipped with a grill, table, chairs and umbrella. The roof top terrace is a perfect place to watch the sunset. Guest access The pool onsite can be used during the hours of operation. Other things to note Upon arrival you will be given access to a book with details and contacts for things such as excursions, places to eat, taxis etc.

This place was amazing! Steps from the beach, and if you didn’t want to go to the beach, the pool was at your fingertips. The apartment was super clean and very inviting. Everything was excellent!

This condo is superbly located on the north end of Jacó beach with great sunsets from the rooftop and balcony and beautiful view overlooking pool. Pool is fantastic. Very roomy 2 bedroom- 2 baths condo conveniently located within walking distance to everything. Beach is just a few steps and surf lessons just down the beach a bit. There is some renovation construction going on with the building next to the condo but in front of it is Claritas a new great restaurant and a coming soon sushi place over Claritas. Vincent and Diana are great hosts and happy to help with any questions or issues that come up. Definitely would stay again here.

Definitely heaven on earth! The location was perfect and the rental was so beautifully decorated and sparkling clean! It had everything you could possibly ask for! Vincent was an extraordinary host, who went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed and wanted! We will be returning for a longer stay as soon as possible!! We can’t wait to go back!!!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Jacó – it truly exceeded all of my family’s expectations. The property was immaculate, and we loved how walkable it was to shops and restaurants, not to mention the direct beach access and stunning pool that made our time there unforgettable. The host was exceptional, always responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We also appreciated the guidebook filled with local activities and their top recommendations – it was a great touch. I’ll definitely be returning and am already looking forward to my next stay!

My parents, my wife and our 10 month old son stayed for a little less than 2 weeks. The place was great. Rooftop patio was beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Vincent and Diana
