Bella Vista offers an exceptional 180-degree ocean view stretching from Costa Rica to the coast of Nicaragua. Positioned above all other homes, it provides uninterrupted sights of the surf breaks at Playa Remanso and Playa Hermosa. Enjoy every sunset from the patio or the infinity pool.
The property has direct access to Playa Remanso at the base of the development.
Please note that the lot in front of the house is currently under construction. While the views remain unaffected, guests may experience periodic construction noise depending on the day's activities. Prices have been adjusted accordingly to reflect this.
Access and Parking
The house is situated at the top of a steep dirt road that requires a 4x4 vehicle and a driver comfortable with off-road conditions.
- If you do not have a 4x4 or prefer not to drive off-road, private offsite parking is available at the bottom of the hill.
- Complimentary transportation to and from the offsite parking is provided between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Walking between the house and the parking area takes approximately 20 minutes.

Beautiful house. Amazing views on top of the hill at Playa Remanso. Kitchen was fully stocked and when the blender broke it was quickly replaced. All the linens you would need are provided. Pool was kept clean. We had a great time and would come back again.

Preciosa casa nos encantó, lo más maravilloso fue la vista, despertar cada día con esa vista fue la mejor parte , nos encantó la casa, amplia y con todas las comodidades , gracias a Franklin y Josué por estar siempre atentos. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos y recomendar esta casa. La pasamos muy bien

Great stay overall. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Paul was very responsive and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. Josue was also very good and attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Nous avons aaaaadoré l'endroit. Il y avait un peu de construction à côté, ce qui a causé un oeu de bruit, mais sans plus. la villa est super bien située en hauteur, nous avons beaucoup observer les surfeurs, l'horizon, le couché du soleil. Nous avions pris seulement 2 nuits et nous aurions passé plus de temps si nous étions libres dans l'itinéraire. et l'homme se maison sest toujours assuré que nous étions bien malgré la coupure d'électricité. un gros wow dans notew voyage. Merci beaucoup
