This was our second year staying at this condo unit. We had a great time. It was spacious and clean with beautiful wraparound views. We walked everywhere. Anytime we needed something, Abner, the host’s rep would look after it immediately. It was thoroughly enjoyable.

Stayed here for a week with my family. The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfectly in between the beach and fifth Avenue. It was about a twenty minute walk to the ferry to Cozumel, but you could also take a taxi. Angel and everyone at the Oceana were super communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

El A/C falló desde el inicio, ruido extremo en la noche hasta las 11:30 PM. El seguridad de la alberca fuera de control.. Por lo demás fantástico

Muy bonito departamento; excelentemente ubicado tanto por la cercanía a la playa como a la 5ta Avenida. El único detalle fue que dos noches nos dejó de funcionar el A/C y es algo incómodo despertar en la madrugada con calor. Lo solucionaron pero en la playa con tanto calor nunca deseas tener ningún problema con el A/C. Fuera de eso, todo excelente. Volveríamos sin duda.

Condo impeccable, très propre et bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage et de la 5e avenue. Unité de coin avec vue sur l’océan, la rue et la piscine. Chambres confortables avec lits douillets et salles de bain privées. La clim fonctionne bien malgré quelques moments de relâche qui sont normal vu la température. Grand stationnement souterrain accessible même pour un Suburban. Gros bémol : la sécurité à la piscine est excessive, particulièrement par l’agent âgé à la barbe grise très désagréable qui a gâché une partie du séjour. Malgré cela, Angel mérite 4 étoiles. Toutefois, je ne reviendrai malheureusement pas à cause de l’ambiance imposée par la gestion de la copropriété mentionné auparavant. Suggestion : inclure 4 chaises de plage et un parasol avec la location. Cela éviterait aux locataires de devoir dépenser inutilement au Mamita’s : 160$ can la 1re journée pour 8 drinks. Vous devez consommer pour avoir accès aux 2 chaises et parasol fournit. Merci Angel pour les beaux moments!

I really wanted to give this home a 5 star rating. but we had chronic AC issues that persisted for the entire month we rented the house. Other than that, everything was perfect. In spite of the AC, I would actually come back because we loved the location and the home. The maintenance manager was very responsive. We had a great stay.
