The Space
This recently renovated condo is equipped with all modern conveniences. It offers two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, making it ideal for traveling couples, small families, or remote workers. The unit includes a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area.
The condo provides reliable internet with speeds up to 225 Mbps. Each bedroom features its own desk and chair, perfect for those needing a dedicated workspace or private area for conference calls.
Water and Utilities
The condominium complex has its own water tank, and this particular unit benefits from an additional backup water tank exclusively for its use. This extra tank stores water for the dry season, ensuring a continuous supply even when local shortages occur.
A comprehensive water filtration system is installed, including sediment, carbon, and UV filters, along with a water softener for enhanced comfort.
Please be mindful of water consumption, especially during the dry season from December to May. During this period, the town may periodically shut off water without notice to conserve resources.
Location
The condo is centrally situated in Tamarindo, within walking distance to numerous amenities:
- 400 meters (approximately 1,300 feet) to the beach, about a 5-minute leisurely walk
- 170 meters (around 560 feet) to the grocery store, just a 2-minute walk
- Close proximity to world-class restaurants and the well-known Tamarindo night market
Guest Access and Parking
Guests have access to free parking located directly in front of the condo. Parking spaces are unmarked and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The condo is positioned at the back of the complex, with gated access on the right side of the property.
Additional Information
Water is a valuable resource in Guanacaste. Although the unit has a dedicated backup water tank, guests should use water responsibly, particularly during the dry months when water supply interruptions may occur.
A security camera is installed at the main entrance of the unit to facilitate communication between guests and the host.

Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Sauberkeit und Ordnung waren perfekt. Aussenpool war auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Anton was incredible host, incredibly responsive and proactive about the things we needed. The location could not be better: walkable to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, pool area very lovely, and great AC for the very hot days we were there. Would love to come back and stay again sometime.

Unit was clean and in good repair with all advertised amenities present. All of Tamarindo was very easily accessible on foot from the unit and there is a decent (slightly Americanized) grocery store a few buildings down, which was really nice. With no excursions booked, just town and beach time, we found that we were able to park our car and not need to use it for the duration of our stay.
