This was our second time staying here. We stayed last year with our three daughters and this time we returned with two other couples. This villa is so spacious with plenty of room for each couple. We enjoyed the spectacular view as we sat by the pool sipping our morning coffee. Rich Coast Vacations was flexible with our check in and check out procedures. Rich Coast was also easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any of our questions. I highly recommend this villa and hope to return again soon.

Villa Ocotal Oasis offers beautiful views and a great location for a large group. We were advised to rent SUVs which was very needed due to the hilly bumpy terrain. The villa is well equipped with amenities to make your stay enjoyable and close to Ocotal beach and Father Roosters restaurant. The Rich Coast Vacations team were excellent to deal with and made planning for our trip easy !

Rich coast vacations was great. They were very informative all trip long and set up some amazing adventures as well. Was caught off guard with how big the driveway was but overall had an amazing time!

As they say, pictures don’t do it justice. The sprawling place and its scenic views are breathtaking. We were undersold on how short of a commute everything is. Highly recommend Father Roosters for lunch, dinner or drinks and even a fun day at the beach. Also, the Soluna restaurant at the nearby Ocotal resort. The home has all of the amenities and the hosts do a superb job of being accessible, helpful and resourceful to make your stay memorable. Our ice maker wasn’t working and within 15 minutes a gentlemen arrived at our door with three bags of ice to tide us over. World class

Highly recommend staying here! The view, the beautiful spacious home is very accommodating for our large family. The sound and visits from wildlife- beautiful birds, butterflies, lizards, we loved it all! Rich Coast also set up to and from shuttle for airport & car rental delivered to the door which was so great! No stress or hassle to find the house the first time, but it is easy to find. Rich Coast set up a group chat just before we arrived which was also nice to have if we had any questions, we had quick & pleasant responses from all staff! We have recommended Rich Coast to our friends at home and hope to be back soon!! Best vacation I’ve ever had…. Pura Vida!

Beautiful house with a fantastic view, pool and outside area. Definitely recommend. The driveway is very steep but we didn’t have any problems in the SUV we rented. Close to the Ocatal beach and Coco.

Villa Ocotal Oasis lives up to its name for sure. First off, the Rich Coast team was amazing when it came to communication. They responded fast and they were friendly. They were all very easy to work with! The communication alone is worth 5 stars. The villa itself is beautiful! It’s old but it has just enough character to make it feel modern and up to date! The pool was refreshing, the view was amazing, and the drive to Coco was super easy as well! This house was amazing for the remainder of my trip, which was a group trip to celebrate my birthday! Thank you Rich Coast for a wonderful stay!

Although the house was not bad per se, there was some noticeable draw backs. The location was terrible and had nothing really to do close by. The kitchen had so many dishes and things in it and it was very clear that no one managed how the dishes were cleaned after each guest. (We rewashed almost every dish we used) The water (although the host did help when we brought up concerns) was never consistent. It was stone cold at certain times of the day and warm at others. This place was good as it offered a ton of space and everyone had their own bathrooms, but we would not go back here.
