Other things to note Housekeeping: In keeping with our Touch the Earth Lightly cleaning procedures, we ask guests to participate by using towels and linens for more than one day. The water savings are immense in addition to the reduction of products that end up in the land fill and water table even with our eco-friendly procedures. *Deep Clean occurs on day 3 of your 4 night stay, with complete linen change and sanitation of all surfaces, with extra attention paid to touch surfaces. *Eco Clean occurs on day 2 of your 3 night stay, with a rapid visit to freshen your accommodations, no linen service is provided, unless requested. *No Clean occurs for 1-2 night stays. If you need service, please contact us. *Daily Clean is available for an additional fee. If there is anything that needs our attention in your villa, please let us know ASAP. Any damages made to the villa by our guest will need to be taken care of before departure.

C’était un très bel endroit confortable bien entretenu et avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Nous y avons vu tout un spectacle de petits singes de notre balcon! Spectaculaire! Notre hôte était tout à fait charmante, disponible et serviable! Le seul point négatif, c’est l’emplacement… Il est pratiquement impossible de marcher dans les rues avoisinantes, car il n’y a aucun trottoir ni accotement. Mais pour le reste, je recommande de séjourner à cet hôtel sans hésitation! Merci!

Vernita die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Der Wäscheservice war genial. Und alles andere natürlich auch sehr gut. Jederzeit empfehlenswert

Nos hospedamos en tico tico y fue increíble! Estuvimos en la villa número 10, la cocina muy bien equipada, todo muy limpio. La atención de Vernita fue realmente increíble y muy amable. Sin dudas volveríamos a alojarnos en ático Tico. Maravilló lugar.

The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, from cookware, to shampoos, to a generous supply of the most luxurious towels. We appreciated small details like having 2 ice trays, insect repellant, lots of lighting, 2 ceiling fans, a kitchen island and lots table top space. The bus stop right out front took a lot of stress off trying to find and pay for parking, so quick, easy and cheap! But it was Vernita that made our stay so fabulous. She offered great recommendations with local tips, gave us a little bus money and even helped us buy our tickets to Manuel Antonio Park. She was always around to answer our questions and always had a big smile. We travel with earplugs so it didn't really bother us but it is worth noting that road traffic could be loud at times, but all the hotels are along this same road and would hear the same traffic. Happy we stayed here!

Bus stop comes right to the villas at Tico Tico’s. It was absolutely magical. Staff was on point with great advice and suggestions. Never got bored.
