This luxury home accommodates up to 15 guests comfortably. Featuring wooden floors, stylish details, and spacious living areas, it is ideal for gatherings with family or friends. Surrounded by wilderness, you can wake up to birdsong, hear monkeys howling in the afternoon, relax in the hot water jacuzzi amid typical rainforest clouds, swim in the spring-fed pool, and explore numerous hiking trails—all designed to provide a refreshing nature experience.
Each room includes a balcony with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the Gulf of Nicoya, and its islands. The terraces offer a perfect setting to enjoy the forest atmosphere. Chef services are available upon request.

La casa y la finca son muy cómodas y lindas. Éramos una familia de 10 unida con todas las edades y la estadía fue muy placentera, las camas cómodas y habitaciones muy amplias. La casa está muy bien equipada. La atención de su dueño, que nos dio hasta alimentos de su huerta, fue un placer. Gracias por todo!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean, and the views were spectacular. We saw several different species of birds right from the deck, including hummingbirds and Toucans. We especially loved the experience of cooking an authentic Costa Rican meal at the house with Manuel and his father. Learning how to make homemade corn tortillas was a highlight for our family. We felt safe and secure on the property, even during our Night walk. It was nice to be able to walk the grounds and explore. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Absolutely loved this place! It’s a big house located on a massive private property where you can spend the whole day just exploring. It’s a bit of a drive from Monteverde town, but much more convenient for the Ficus Tree tour and zipline adventures. Manuel, the local guide, showed us around the grounds and we had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely breathtaking! The house was perfect for our group of 13 (4 families) with kids under 10. So many beautiful places to sit and look at the view. Very clean. Kitchen and outdoor cooking area were perfect to whip up a meal while enjoying the sunsets. Feels very safe and welcoming. Perfect amount of privacy without being too remote. They left us a bag of coffee for our arrival and we ended up buying 11 more! Loved our stay and only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We loved our time here. The property is stunning with spectacular views. We heard howler monkeys in the mornings—we loved it! David was easy to communicate with, providing helpful photos and instructions for arriving at the property and meeting us for check-in. He also sent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Each room was spacious and has its own bathroom. It easily accommodated our group of 10 adults.
