We came to Villa Verde under the best of circumstances, honestly; our original villa fell through last minute, and finding Villa Verde turned out to be a blessing in disguise. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was exactly where we were meant to be. We hosted a women's retreat here, and every single guest loved their room. The space felt warm, peaceful, and safe; exactly the energy you want when you're holding space for a group like that. One standout touch: our host gave us a chef recommendation that ended up being one of the most luxurious parts of the whole trip. That kind of local insight makes such a difference. The neighborhood itself is a huge plus; walkable, up-and-coming, with great cafes and spots nearby. It added so much to the overall experience beyond just the villa itself. If you're planning a retreat, a group trip, or just want a beautiful, well-located home base in Tulum, Villa Verde is it. We'll absolutely be back.

Aleida was a great host! The place was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. Communication was easy, and everything made for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home and extremely comfortable for our group of 4. We rented bikes nearby, which was great for cycling to nice restaurants for dinner and down to the beach. The pool was a highlight, and the outdoor terraces / roof with hammocks.

I couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb for a girls trip to celebrate a 30th birthday. The place was even better than the photos, and I cannot recommend the private chef Veronica enough. Also, make sure to do a boat tour. Highlights of our visit!

This villa was gorgeous and even better in person. Jeremie was a phenomenal host- incredibly responsive and helpful in arranging services (private chef, shuttles, yoga). I would return in a heartbeat

We were a bit disappointed with the Bachelorette decor provided by the host it didn’t meet our expectations based on the photos provided. The host also asked to confirm decor & driver details the day we all flewin adding further stress and anxiety before the trip began. We enjoyed the home and its beautiful accommodations especially the bartender. He was very kind and the drinks were delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, the appliances and the gorgeous pool. I was optimistic closing out the stay hoping the checkout process was smooth however, the host failed to have our taxi accommodations ready. This taxi was prepaid for to cover the trip to and from the airport the host ignored my messages the night before asking when the taxi would arrive and the taxi never showed up. We had to reach out to the backup host via phone call in order to get a new taxi to the airport almost 1 hour after they were to show up. I was asked to then pay again, it made us almost miss the flight.
