Casa Millor is a modern and elegant home located in Playa Marsella, less than a 15-minute drive from San Juan del Sur on Nicaragua's Emerald Coast. This beachfront property offers a tranquil and private setting surrounded by tropical forest, while still providing convenient access to nightlife, surfing spots, restaurants, and top local amenities. With direct beach access, guests can enjoy a peaceful retreat that feels like a private paradise.
The Space
Casa Millor accommodates up to 12 guests. Pricing is structured as follows:
- $350 for 1 to 8 guests
- An additional $50 per person for 9 to 12 guests (maximum capacity)
The house features stunning views from the bedrooms, poolside hammocks, and throughout the property. Guests can observe local wildlife such as birds and monkeys, relax indoors, swim in the 10-meter pool, or enjoy direct access to the beach.
The property is exclusively for guests; visitors are not permitted. Daily cleaning service is included. Housekeeping is available, and assistance in the kitchen can be provided for a nominal fee.
Caretakers reside in a smaller house nearby within the same property. Four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

This place is fantastic. Private, comfortable, beautiful scenery and the kitchen had everything. The beds were comfortable, AC's in the rooms kept us cool at night. Drinking water was provided during the stay. My group was two families, 4 adults, 4 kids. All of us loved the howler monkeys near the property and looked forward to the drive in and out seeing all of the Halloween moon crabs, birds and monkeys. The house keepers are very helpful-wonderful people. We would definitely stay here again. Ricardo was prompt to contact us about our arrival time and assisted in the final navigation so we were able to arrive without confusion. We would all love to stay here again. Wonderful home. Wonderful staff. Wonderful host/owner.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax. The location is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time here. The hosts were friendly and made everything easy. A couple of tips for future guests: bring water shoes or beach shoes, as they make it much easier to walk in the water and along the shoreline. Also, don’t forget insect repellent to help protect yourself from mosquitoes, especially in the evening. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Everything about this place is spectacular. If you really want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world and enjoy an absolutely stunning view, this is the home for you! You can watch the tides change, see the fishermen come in, and watch their families help with the daily catch. You can also easily walk down to the local restaurant. Honestly, you don’t have to leave the property at all—in fact, it was incredibly hard to check out! The house layout is perfect! Two spacious bedrooms, upstairs and two generous bedroom downstairs, and plenty of family area!! Tons of wild life around - 💚

Nuestra estancia en esta hermosa casa frente a la playa fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos cómodos, relajados y completamente a gusto, como en casa. El entorno es espectacular, ideal para desconectarse y disfrutar del mar en total tranquilidad. Ricardo es un súper anfitrión: atento, amable y siempre pendiente de cada detalle para que la experiencia sea perfecta. Asimismo, los señores encargados del cuido de la casa fueron muy serviciales, respetuosos y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento. Sin duda, es un lugar al que regresaríamos con mucho gusto. Totalmente recomendado.

Hands down, Ricardo's Airbnb was one of the most gorgeous stays I've ever had on Airbnb. The house and the views are absolutely incredible. Playa Marsella is so quiet, quaint, and private. I 10/10 couldn't recommend this place enough - we will be back! Thanks, Ricardo & staff!
