Tamarindo is a 25 min drive This Estate is a place to unwind and experience the heart of Costa Rica This 300 hectare private jungle estate has ocean views We cater to large groups and events working closely with Swell Costa Rica The property has 400 Mango trees that fruit 4x a year, hiking, horses and off road trails are outside your door. Beaches are close by Avellanas Negra Marbella Blanca and Largarto are all a 15 min drive. Nosara 30 min Electric gate and 24/7 guard Hour from Liberia airport The space Large king suite with bath shower combo and about 700 sqft total with two twin beds or sitting area and living room with an 80 inch tv. Just outside room is a rosewood wrap around porch with large dining table, sitting area with two lounge chairs, pool table, bar, cocktail table, hammocks, king size outdoor bed. The porch has 360 degree views of the jungle, ocean and pool. Upstairs living room and kitchen are an open concept with a king loft overlooking on third floor. First floor downstairs has 4 large king suites with their own terrace. 2 rooms have jungle views and the other 2 have pool and ocean view. In 2023 a new King suite was built with all the modern luxuries in mind. A new soaking tub and separate shower. This room has spectacular views and is about 800 sq ft. The new suite has its own LARGE terrace with 3 twin outdoor beds or sitting area. Ocean and jungle views in every direction. Below is our 2nd kitchen and dining area and was updated in 2023. This is where everyone gathers and enjoys the cool breeze and starry nights, bbq and fire pit. If you hire a chef and live music it’s even better with Swell Costa Rica. Guest access Guest have access to entire farm! Covered parking , YOGA studio, cold plunge, hiking to waterfalls, atv rental apon request. Other things to note We live close by and are always available by phone. We are here to design your experience and will help you get the most out your stay in Costa Rica!

Such an amazing location! In the jungle surrounded by nature. Lots of cool hangout spots throughout the entire property. The guest house was my favorite. Thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious and comfortable bedroom and morning views. Hosts that receive you when you arrive. Kristin and Philippe I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for our group! Forever grateful and appreciative of your help and quick response to our groups needs on this trip. Highly recommend this Airbnb and these incredible hosts!

Kristin was fantastic host, and the place is absolutely amazing. She was very responsive and proactive in helping plan the trip. The house is rather remote but this is what we wanted, far from resorts and crowds. My best advice is follow her recommendations, the private onsite chef we booked through her was phenomenal, and more affordable than cooking ourselves, the sunset private cruise we booked through her was perfect. This place is a total vibe. The staff came through every other day to clean rooms and the property, and were super helpful when we needed anything. Amazing views, amazing house, amazing food, it was well you guessed it, an amazing trip. We will definitely be back!

The Farm is Amazing ! the pictures do not do it justice to be honest. this place is a bit of the beaten path (~30 mins from Tamarindo) but from watching the sunrise over the mountains from the loft/yoga platform area while listening to the birds morning song, to the vast greenery and ocean view while while taking a nice dip in the beautiful infinity pool, to the nightsky scenery where you will see more stars than you ever had (and trust me I have traveled the world 🌎) , all where BREATHTAKING ! There are 6 individual bedroom suites, all with their own bathroom and comfy king size beds, as well as air-conditioning, an outdoor and an indoor kitchen and a private chef that you can arrange (and oh you should cause she is amazing as well!). Wrap around huge balcony area, a number of lounge areas and hammocks by the pool, stereo system and much more. Everythingabout this house is a WHOLE VIBE ! Has everything you need.
