Villa Norte is situated in Costa Rica’s southern Pacific zone, offering easy access without the need for a 4WD vehicle. It is just a:
- 5-minute drive or scenic 20-minute walk along the beach to Dominical, a surf town with cafes, shops, and a small grocery store
- 15-minute drive to Uvita, which has additional shops and dining options
- 45-minute drive to Manuel Antonio National Park

Caballitos del Mar Villas

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bedroom air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beautiful pool was the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach. The wildlife around the property was incredible—we saw iguanas, scarlet macaws, lizards, and countless beautiful birds. The beach was absolutely breathtaking. Our kids swam, played in the waves, and had an amazing time. The walk on the beach into town was easy and scenic, and Dominical was everything we hoped for—a charming beach town with great restaurants and shops, without feeling crowded or overly touristy. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing Costa Rican getaway!

I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. The house is stunning and literally on the large, mostly private beach! (A typical day we would see maybe 6 people. Easy walk along the beach to downtown dominical and Uvida and Ojochal are not far with amazing restaurants and shops. Back to the house: The pool is beautiful with plenty of space outside to sun, read a book, watch the wildlife and nap. The kitchen wonderful, great air conditioned bedrooms which are substantial and comfortable. The staff was amazing at yougethere. Responsive, flexible and just made the whole experience easy and wonderful! Special shout out to Vee Vee and also Johnathan for all their help, suggestions and ceviche!!! I highly recommend these villas and yougethere

The villa was great. We enjoyed having a pool that was clean and a great backyard with seating to relax, a table, an outdoor shower to rinse off from the sea, and a bbq grill. The bedrooms had mini splits and kept the bedrooms cool for an exceptional nights sleep. Lived having a kitchen and laundry. The staff was always helpful and responded quickly to requests. We would definitely stay here again. The beach, which is literally a few steps off the property. Beautiful sunsets a a perfect beach to stroll or swim.

Beautiful home right at a very lovely swimable beach. The hosts are helpful and great at communicating. The pool is perfect. Air conditioned bedrooms.

fantastic place right on the beach near Dominical. And when I say right on the beach, you literally walk out of the back garden to the beach. Good sized pool, lots of living space. The facilities in the place are slighted aged, but it has everything you need including washing machine, dryer, cooking facilities etc.

This was a lovely property on the beach just south of Dominical. We were thankful for the management company's flexibility with check-in and out times. The house and pool were more than we expected! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
