House Rules

1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. You may message the host to coordinate a different arrival time, subject to availability.
2. Check-out is by 12:00 p.m. Please place all trash in sealed bags and leave it in the residential dumpster near the security gate. Return the keys to the lockbox at the main entrance on the right.
3. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Cigarette butts and trash must not be discarded on the ground, in green areas, or in common areas. Violations carry an immediate fine of USD 400 to USD 1,200, depending on severity and recurrence.
4. Parties and events are not permitted without the host’s express authorization.
5. Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter the property.
6. Loud noise and high-volume music are prohibited after 10:00 p.m.
7. Pets are permitted only if they are trained, clean, and supervised. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
8. Furniture, appliances, and utensils must be used properly and left in the same condition in which they were provided.
9. Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when leaving the property or when they are not in use.
10. Any damage, loss, or misuse of the property or its belongings will result in an additional charge based on the replacement or repair cost.
11. Throwing trash into rivers, lakes, or trails is strictly prohibited. Park violations may result in a fine of more than USD 2,000.
12. The host reserves the right to refuse admission or continued stay. Violations of these rules or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.
