Our stay in Coco Bay, Costa Rica was incredible! The house is beautiful, and the views are simply breathtaking. Every evening, we were treated to spectacular sunsets that never got old. The patio and pool area were our favorite part of the property. Relaxing by the pool while taking in the stunning ocean views was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica. Having access to the private beach club was a wonderful bonus. The shuttle service made getting there easy and convenient, and the beach itself was gorgeous and well worth visiting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and even more impressive in person than the photos. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again.

This home is extremely beautiful and very clean. The view is AMAZING!! My entire group had a great time. Lisa was very friendly, helpful with recommendations, and always available to answer questions. I definitely recommend renting a golf cart during your stay. The community is very private, which made us feel very safe the entire time. The beach club is also great, so take advantage of it! I’ll definitely book this home again.

The view from this home is quite hard to explain and so incredibly beautiful. The pool is absolutely amazing and every room large and comfortable. The pool and the view are hard to beat in this home perched above Coco. The Pacific Community itself was beautiful and comfortable. Though a bit of a walk to the gate (on the main strip), transportation is easy enough from the home by car, cart, cab or shuttle. Highly recommended this home and it is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at.

Our family loved our stay! This place truly had a million dollar view. The place was very clean. Lisa was very responsive. She met us upon check-in and gave us a tour of the house. We felt very safe in the gated community. Very close to town & lots to do. Would stay there again.

You definitely get the million-dollar view, and the pool is lovely. However, the home is tired and in need of TLC and help with the deferred maintenance. Up-to-date kitchen appliances and plenty of towels and supplies were nice, but the polyester ill-fitting sheets, plastic dishes, old key-style double locks to get in, mis-matched and advertising-slogan amenities were a real turn-off, and not in line with the rental fee paid. The pool had a leak problem upon arrival but was fixed the next day (thank you!) There was bird and bug poop everywhere on the back patio and walls (ick!). The worst problem was all the adjacent-home construction - the house directly next door (20 feet away) had concrete walls being jack-hammered and sawed for three days - this very much impacted our enjoyment of the pool and back patio. There is also construction at two other houses across the street, which completely eliminated privacy and created additional noise. Overall, the house is just okay.

Our lodgings were spectacular! The house was beautifully furnished, pristine, and extremely comfortable. The views from the outdoor patio were breathtaking. We hated to leave! The Garrett Group will be highly recommended to our extended family, friends, and neighbors.

Our family absolutely loved our stay! The bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. The view from the pool was breathtaking! Lisa was super responsive and made us feel like welcomed guests as she gave us a personal tour of the house. We highly recommend renting with the Garrett group!
