Wir sind eine kleine Familie mit zwei Kindern (2 Jahre und 8 Monate). Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Alex und Daniela sind so freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar! Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Super sauber, total ruhig. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen und wieder zurückkommen.

I stayed at Pelicano for 2 weeks with 2 other people. The Host Alex was very friendly and responsive and the staff was extremely nice and attentive. The location and the amenities of the property is what really stood out to us. It is a quick 10 minute walk down to beginners bay or 15 minutes to Popoyo which made it perfect for our surf trip. The amenities, mainly the pool and the AC, really stood out for us due to the hot weather. The power cuts in and out during the day due to the road work being done, but if needed there is a generator for back up power. Having a full kitchen was definitely a huge plus as well! If I came back to Nicaragua I would definitely stay here again. It was peaceful, private, comfortable, and perfect for our needs.

Magnifique casa au goût du jour et propre. Bien équipé et remplis d’extra Tranquille et sécuritaire Un moyen de transport est recommandé (moto, vélo ou auto) pour se rendre à la plage.

Un coup de cœur pour cette place ! Tout est bien pensé et on manque de rien ! Vraiment bon service et Alex à été super ! Nous avons prolongé notre séjour tellement ont était bien :) Merci encore !

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour dans la maison Pelicano. Complètement fidèle aux photos, la maison est une bulle de bonheur décorée avec beaucoup de goût et à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage, nous y allions tous jours. De plus la maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre dedans et cuisiner. L'hôte a été très accueillant et très réactif, un vrai plaisir. Nous sommes restés 4 jours, c'était presque trop court 😊

Pelicano Popoyo is the most beautiful place. The hosts are amazing! The location is perfect, up the way from the beach . We felt right at home there.
