El espacio es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario, los espacios en común son muy bonitos, la piscina muy bien, hay playas muy cercanas, se puede ir caminando, y otras en carro a solo minutos. El Anfitrión es muy amable, y nos resolvió poder acomodarnos muy rápidamente al llegar. Definitivamente volveremos!

Alexander’s place was great! It puts you within walking distance of everything you need: the beach, restaurants, a convenience store and two surf shops. What more could you ask for?

We were a party of 3, so 2 bedrooms with a kitchen and common area were great for us. The price was fair. We never even turned on the TV. We were very glad to have use of a washer and dryer for beach clothes/towels. The place is showing some regular wear and tear, but it was clean and tidy. We failed to take advantage of the nice pool and outdoor kitchen. We were busy taking surf lessons (Onda) and a catamaran sunset cruise (Marlin Del Rey out of Tamarindo). Mariano was the property manager on-site. He answered all of our questions and took care of locking up at night. We loved walking to THE BEACH, Las Tortugas Hotel for breakfast, Padoka Bakery for coffee, Huerto's Pizza, Onda's bar/pool table, and El Beach Club's sushi truck. One night, there was a disturbing group of males getting ready to fight on the corner in front of the mini-mart, but the police showed up quickly, and they didn't harass us when we walked quickly by to get to Huerto's. Towels were provided. BYO soap/shampoo.

Alexander and Lidia are wonderful hosts. They were very attentive and made sure our stay was very comfortable. We loved the pool. it was perfect for our daughter who is just learning to swim. The location was great that it was walking distance to several shops, restaurants and cafes. The beach is only a 10 min walk. the property felt safe and secure and we never had any issues. Lidia and Alexander are wonderful hosts and we would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a little oasis with a community feel.

Rent, snyggt och modernt boende med väldigt bra kök där allt fanns. Vi är en familj på 2 vuxna och två barn så två sovrum fungerade bra för oss. Perfekt med tvättmaskin och torktumlare i boendet. Uteplatsen var mysig och vi älskade den stora grillen, den användes flitigt. Poolen är liten men väldigt vacker omringad av vackra växter. Värdarna var avslappnade och väldigt trevliga, de fanns där för våra frågor. Detta är ett underbart boende som vi gärna kommer tillbaka till. 🌸
