Villa Marsella is a modern and spacious villa nestled among lush greenery, offering private access to Marsella Bay on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Pricing remains the same for up to 4 people; beyond that, there is an additional charge of $20 per person, with 8 being the maximum occupancy.
Guests can enjoy beautiful views from the bedrooms, the hammock on the terrace, and throughout the property. Surrounded by verdant forest, you may spot birds or monkeys while relaxing inside the villa or choose to swim at the nearby beach.
The villa includes air conditioning in both bedrooms. Daily cleaning service is provided, with an option for cleaning every three days available for an additional $20.
Visitors are not permitted; the house is exclusively for registered guests.

Overall an amazing experience. We had access to a private beach. Ricardo had a contact for horseback riding and we enjoyed horseback riding through the beach. The house is located near various beaches within 15 minutes away.

It is a very beautiful and comfortable house. It has a very nice back yard and we found everything we needed during our trip. It’s very close to the beach also.

Ricardo was one of 4 hosts during our month long vacation. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, any issue he had resolved instantly. Can’t say enough about what a great host he was.

The house is tucked away in the forest, so you feel completely surrounded by nature, but at the same time you have super easy access to Playa Marsella. The path to the beach is very convenient. We loved starting the day with the sounds of the forest and then going down to enjoy the ocean. Marsella’s beach access was truly great, and this house is ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful stay close to the water.
