- The second area contains two large bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
- The third area is a master suite with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet.
Each section opens onto a teak terrace offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and nearby mountains.
Nature and Wildlife
Experience total immersion in the tropical jungle. From the villa, you can observe diverse wildlife such as howler monkeys, white cajas, toucans, parakeets, raccoons, and armadillos, providing a unique and authentic nature encounter.
The semi-open living room is designed to maximize the sea breeze and natural surroundings. While the living room is not air-conditioned to maintain harmony with the environment, each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

I would put 6 stars if I could. Everything was perfect. My family and I had a lovely time at Louis’s vila. The location is great, surrounding is peaceful and beautiful, the rooms and beds were comfortable, amenities were good, pool was great, check-in as well. And the reward to the best Airbnb host goes to Louis, who was very responsive, had great recommendations of restaurants and activities and even prepared special attentions for our toddler. We can’t wait to come back one day.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. The view is spectacular and you wake up with the sounds of the jungle. Louis is a superhost! He is very friendly and communicates very well. He is very responsive. One of the best hosts I have ever had! The house is super well located, 5 minutes from the town but you need a 4x4. Highly recommended !

Une maison exceptionnelle et une expérience encore plus incroyable. Un immense merci à Louis, Manoa et Delphine pour leur accueil. Un moment suspendu, une famille attachante et pleine de bons conseils. Ils adorent partager leur passion de la région avec authenticité. Ils ont proposé de nous accompagner pour découvrir des lieux incroyables se fut un vrai bonheur. Plus que des hôtes d’excellence, ce sont des amoureux des gens et du partage. De loin ma meilleure expérience de voyageur. Cascades, singes, baleines, dophins…étaient au rdv pour compléter ce tableau idyllique grâce à leurs conseils. Milles Mercis.

Louis was the best Airbnb host we have ever had. He made our experience in Santa Teresa amazing. The Airbnb was super clean and in great location. Took us about 5 to 10 minutes to get to all the restaurants. Louis helped us plan several activities and gave us food and activity recommendations and was extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend everyone staying here and reaching out to Louis to help you plan the most perfect vacation. Can’t wait to come back next year!

The home is absolutely amazing! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the howler monkeys, and Louis. A great host, attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. Peaceful and serene, and even though there are neighbors, we felt very secluded. We loved all the birds and critters in the area as well. Lots to explore in the area, and plenty of restaurants too. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks Louis’

Unser Aufenthalt in der Balinesischen Villa von Louis war einfach perfekt! Louis ist der beste Host, den man sich vorstellen kann… die Villa ist sensationell inmitten des Urwalds gelegen und perfekt um abzuschalten und den Tag vom Bett aus mit einem sensationellen Blick über den Urwald hinweg bis zum Pazifik hinunter zu beginnen… alles war perfekt sauber, der Pool ist ein Traum und die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet… sogar kühles Bier war im Kühlschrank für uns vorbereitet! Louis wurde nicht müde uns mit super Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants zu versorgen! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können dieses Juwel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen… 10/10!
