The Space
This brand-new private house is located near Santa Teresa Beach, Costa Rica, just a 2-minute walk from the surf, tide pools, and snorkeling spots. Everything you need is within walking distance, including supermarkets, buses, restaurants, surf shops, and more.
The house features:
- Upstairs: one bedroom and one bathroom
- Downstairs: one bedroom and one bathroom with a partially open-sky shower
- Living room and kitchen area on the lower level
- Small patio downstairs
- Open-air area accessible from both the living room and the downstairs bedroom
- High ceilings with a main ceiling fan in the living room
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the house except for the power breakers and water heaters. Towels are provided for indoor use only; beach towels are not included. Washer and dryer are not available.

- Please ensure the house is locked when leaving.
- Air conditioning units may be damaged if doors or windows are left open while running; any resulting deductible may apply.
- No visitors are permitted.
- Parking must be inside the house lot; parking on the road is not allowed.

האמת שאנחנו היינו שלושה חברים בבית והזמנו ממש קצת חברים שלנו לא מסיבה או משהו כזה שמרנו על שקט גם כי לא רצינו לעשות בעיות ישר דיבר איתנו הבעל דירה וביקש להוציא את האנשים האנשים יצאו מספר דקות אחרי שראינו את ההודעה ואנחנו קמנו בבוקר להודעה שאנחנו צריכים לפנות את הדירה שלנו על הבוקר זאת הייתה חוויה לא נעימה ומבאסת כל עוד אנחנו שומרים על הבית ועל השקט לא רואים בעיה להביא מספר מאוד מצומצם של חברים וגם אם לא מותר לתת עזרה ולא להעיף מהדירה על הבוקר החוויה שלנו הייתה מבאסת לא ממליץ לאנשים שרוצים להזמין חברים לדירה

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en Santa Teresa. La casa estaba impecable, muy cómoda y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. Lo que más nos sorprendió fue lo bien equipada que estaba: sinceramente, nunca habíamos estado en un alojamiento con tantos detalles y comodidades pensadas para los huéspedes. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos para disfrutar nuestra estadía. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y flexible, permitiéndonos quedarnos unas horas más después del horario de check-out, algo que apreciamos mucho. Si bien el precio es algo elevado, la calidad del alojamiento, el equipamiento y la atención recibida hacen que la experiencia valga la pena.

קמים בבוקר בלי מזגן ובלי מים ללא יכולת התארגנות לצ׳ק אווט ומקבל איומים באר בי אנד בי וחוסר שיתוף פעולה מוחלט מבעלת הדירה. מגיע אלינו לדירה בצרחות ואיומים ומעיף לנו את הציוד באוויר וכמעט מרים ידיים הרגשנו מאויימים ולא ידענו מה לעשות בחיים לא קיבלתי שירות כזה מזעזע אני באתי לפה סה״כ לחופשה לנוח ולהינות והם הרסו לי את כל החוויה , ממש לא ממליץ !

We had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it—especially for the value and location. The biggest highlight is how close it is to the beach. It’s realistically about a 5-minute walk (not quite 2 unless you’re sprinting 😄), but the access is incredibly convenient and puts you right near one of the best surf spots in the area. It’s also within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and surf rentals. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The AC works very well (a huge plus in the heat), the Wi-Fi is reliable, and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it perfect for our stay. We also really appreciated the filtered drinking water and the outdoor shower—it’s awesome after coming back from the beach. Marian was fantastic—very kind, responsive, and helpful with anything we needed, including local recommendations and arranging things during our stay. Overall, this place offers great value for the price and a super convenient location. TY!

Wir haben die Tage in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Restaurants, Sodas, Supermärkte und vor allem der Strand! Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft.

This was a beautiful, clean place. Very convenient location, only a couple blocks walk to beach. A mile or so walk to a lot of shops/restaurants. Only downside was that we had thought the whole house had a/c and only the bedrooms did (which was great for sleeping), but in the heat you couldn’t really come back to the house to comfortably relax in the main part of the house as it was quite hot. Downstairs bathroom shower head had a bit of a weak flow. Also the open air roof in the downstairs bathroom was not what we expected. Overall though it was very clean and nice. Would recommend.
