We had a great stay, The house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The outdoor space was great with a terrace and pool. The host super friendly and responsive. The house is starting to show wear and tear, nothing that ruined our stay or nothing major, but noticeable.

We had a wonderful stay at this house, truly made our trip significantly better with being located in the heart of Santa Teresa but still being in a slightly private spot off the main road. Felt very safe and secure while also being walkable to so many restaurants & beach access points. Maria was fantastic with helping set up taxis, ATVs & transportation to all our excursions. The house was a perfect size, clean & had everything we needed to feel like we are in our own home while visiting. Truly a wonderful property, will absolutely be back.

La casa es muy linda, amplia, espaciosa, cómoda, privada y muy equipada. Tiene algunos detalles de mantenimiento pero que podrían solucionar fácilmente. El jardín es divino y la pileta espectacular. La ubicación es excelente y segura tanto de día como de noche. A pasos de todo: playa restaurantes, cafecitos, shopping, supermercados, farmacia, etc.

I visited this house with my family. It is beautiful, big, very private you have the whole house and pool for yourself. Julieta the concierge was very kind and she helped us with everything. The beach is walking distance about 4-5 minutes and the sunsets are amazing. Definitely I’ll be back.

Julieta nuestro contacto fue muy amable desde meses antes de iniciar el viaje se comunicó conmigo y me dio algunas instrucciones y siempre respondía rápidamente a cualquier duda. Al llegar al alojamiento ella nos recibió de una manera amable, atenta y fue bastante clara con las normas e indicaciones de uso de la casa. El hogar es justo como en las fotos e inclusive mejor. Bastante completo, muy cómodo, si bien está rodeado de otras casas mantiene su privacidad. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en este lugar.

Très beau logement, à distance à pied des restos et épicerie, très facile d’acces. Lit confortable, très propre. Toutes les composites étaient présente Rareté, le BBQ était très propre et en très bon état Hôtes très accessible Je recommande vivement J’y retournerai
