The hotel is reached via an unpaved road, so a vehicle with good traction and some ground clearance is advisable. During the dry season, sedans can navigate the road cautiously, but due to its incline, careful driving is recommended. In the rainy season, it is best to use an SUV or a 4x4 vehicle for safety and ease of travel.

Une des plus belle vu du costa rica, le charme, le paysage , mais tout à été oublié avec l'accueil. Premièrement l'hote ne nous attendait pas et nous a fais sentir comme s'il ont étais pas à la bonne place, il nous a dit qu'il ne fesais pas affaire avec Rbnb alors que nous avions réservé sur la plate-forme depuis plus de 6 mois. Notre arrivée n'étais nullement planifié, il nous a donner une chambre salle qui n'étais pas celle promise (vue sur la mer) Cette endroit perd de tout sa beauté avec l'attitude de notre accuei!

Un logement comme on en voit rarement! Une vue fabuleuse du lit ou de la terrasse privée, un cadre idyllique avec une magnifique piscine et un restaurant très qualitatif. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très copieux et au choix. Le dîner servi au restaurant vaut le détour, très bonne maîtrise de la cuisine! Le personnel est adorable, toujours accueillant et souriant. Pedro nous a conseillé différents lieux à visiter et restaurants, il connaît très bien la région. Laura est également très accueillante et de bon conseil, nous avons aimé échanger avec elle. c’est un endroit où vous vous sentirez à l’aise, comme à la maison. Nous avons tellement hâte de revenir!

This place is amazing! It has the best view I have ever seen. You can see the moonrise at its best. Pets are acceptable, there are 2 adorable pigs onsite. Breakfast and dinner are a must here, the food is delicious. Laura has excellent recommendations on tours and will assist with reservations. I felt at home, this place was breathtaking. I will come back to this place without a doubt. 100% recommended!

We had a great stay! We used Waze and we got lost trying to find the lodge.. But we contacted Laura and she was very helpful. ((Do not follow the address. Go to the middle of playa Carrillo and you will be a huge sign)) the room was perfect. The view was amazing! Even though we didn’t have a reservation Laura was nice and We dined at the restaurant on site and it was seriously delicious. Try the special burger! We will def stay again in the future when we visit playa Carrillo.

Cet endroit est un havre de paix. Nous n'aurions pas pu trouver mieux. En effet, la vue sur l'océan, directement des chambres, est magnifique. Mais l'endroit est aussi à la et fois tranquille et intime, et convivial. Laura est une hôte très attentionnée et sympathique. Le chemin pour se rendre au Peace & Lodge est un peu abrupte, mais en bonne condition, rien qu'un 4X4 ne puisse pas braver aisément, et la route jusqu'à Samara n'est pas très longue, si l'envie vous prend d'explorer une nouvelle plage ou un des nombreux restaurants. Petit plus: les chiens, les chats, et le cochon.

This is real gem and the nicest place we stayed at in Costa Rica, it’s a bit off the beaten path so you will need a rental car to get to it but the view is well worth the drive up. Also The beach at Playa Carrillo was one of our favourites in Costa Rica!
