- Please observe the check-out time. A charge of USD 25.00 will apply for each hour of delay.
- Pets are not allowed, regardless of species or size.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and hallways.
- The entry or consumption of toxic substances or any type of drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Failure to comply with these rules will result in a fine of USD 250.00.

En general, la estancia fue buena y el apartamento estaba impecable. La limpieza merece una calificación de 100%; felicidades al personal de aseo, ya que ese aspecto fue excelente. Sin embargo, considero que hay varios puntos que deberían mejorar. Se cobra un 15% adicional, pero no se entrega una factura fiscal, únicamente un comprobante del sistema, lo que genera dudas sobre ese cobro. También me parece ilógico que soliciten documentos de todos mis acompañantes cuando la reserva está a mi nombre y yo soy el único responsable ante Airbnb; además, la plataforma ya verifica la identidad del huésped principal, por lo que ese procedimiento resulta innecesario. Finalmente, el precio termina siendo mucho más alto de lo esperado debido a esos cargos adicionales. Analizándolo después, por el costo final habría preferido hospedarme en un hotel que incluyera desayuno y un proceso de ingreso más simple y profesional. Espero que revisen estos puntos p

Nice place. Good security. Lots of stairs. Small and efficient space. Didn’t sleep well because of a problem with the air conditioner. But sometimes these things happen and I’m sure it will be fixed. Good location for shopping trips into Managua.
