Due to Hurricane Otis, the installation of blinds in the living room and dining room is still missing, but this will not prevent them from enjoying unforgettable moments! The space Our cozy apartment on the fifth floor offers you a spectacular view from the balcony, with spaces full of natural light and a warm atmosphere. In addition, it has direct pool access, ideal for enjoying and relaxing during your stay. Enjoy air-conditioned comfort, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms and WiFi. In the living room, you can enjoy your favorite channels on the TV with cable, plus access to Netflix. The bedroom also has a TV, but no cable channels. The apartment has only one place for parking, so only one car is allowed in. By condominium regulations, the use of beds in the pool area is limited to 2 per apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that all guests enjoy the premises. THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE A BEACH CLUB OR CLUB HOUSE AT THE MOMENT. Guest access During check-in, a security deposit is requested that is returned upon compliance with the condominium regulations at checkout. The amount of this deposit can be consulted in the additional rules section, you can pay the deposit in CASH or by CREDIT CARD through balance lock, (they do not accept debit card). Check-in: after 3pm. Check-out times: until noon. To make sure you have a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to read all the house rules before your arrival. This helps us give you the best experience possible. ————————————————————— Important information about access to the accommodation: To ensure a smooth check-in, please share your estimated arrival time with us in advance. Reception is open until 8:00 PM, so if we are not notified in advance, access may be difficult. It is essential to send the official identification of the person who will be staying in advance, as without this requirement it is not possible to authorize entry to the condominium. ————————————————————— Occasionally, there may be faults in services such as the power supply or internet, due to situations outside of our property (e.g., general afflictions in the area or by service providers). Although these cases are infrequent and beyond our control, we will always be available to provide support and follow-up on what is in our hands. We appreciate your understanding.
