Great location, close to everything. Very clean. Efficient check in. Recommended great places. Really made this trip easier and was well worth the price.

We had a good experience here. The property was exactly as described, and communication with the host was fluid throughout. A highlight was definitely the building staff; they were polite and very helpful during our stay. We would consider staying here again.

Moderne Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet, in jedem Zimmer ein Fernseher. Das Rauschen des Meers hört man fantastisch und wirkt beruhigend. Der Balkon verfügt nebst Tisch und Stühlen auch über einen Liegestuhl. Ein zweiter Liegestuhl auf dem Balkon wäre aus meiner Sicht wünschenswert auch wenn die Möblierung dann eng wäre. Vielleicht könnte man das Platzproblem mit zusammenklappbaren Liegestühlen lösen. Die Kommunikation mit Philip funktioniert sehr gut und zeitnah. Wir durften sogar unser Gepäck vor der Check in time im Zimmer deponieren, weil wir zu früh waren. Wir verbrachten 10 schöne Tage. Störend war einzig der Lärm in der Nacht am Wochenende. In unserem Fall parkierten Autos vor dem Resort, die mit Ihren überdimensionalen Stereoanlagen Lärm machten. Dies ist aber definitiv nicht die Schuld vom Eigentümer. Trotzdem sollte aber dagegen vorgegangen werden, weil es aus meiner Sicht geschäftsschädigend ist.

This condo is beautiful! I love the view of the ocean from the balconies. It had really nice decor and a modern feel. It’s definitely worth the money. We would stay there again!

Amazing space to enjoy the beach! The pictures and description are very accurate. Check in and directions were super clear. The host was very helpful with local recommendations and was extremely responsive. 10 out of 10! Would stay there again!

Strongly recommend this place if you are coming to Jaco. The view alone is worth the stay.

Excelente ubicación ,con una vista preciosa . Solo estuvimos una noche , pero lo disfrutamos , sin duda un lugar céntrico y frente al mar muy conveniente , volvería sin dudarlo .

This condo was fantastic. It was very clean and functional. It is obvious that Philip takes pride in this property as it is very tastefully furnished and decorated with high quality items. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was well supplied with high quality cookware, utensils, glassware, etc. Philip was a terrific communicator and quickly responds to questions/comments. The condo location is great as it is a 2 minute walk to the downtown core of Jaco, yet on a magnificent beach. Even the security folks at the building were professional. Overall, we would definitely stay at this condo again and hope to in the future.
