Villa 5BDR+5BTH, 1 min walk to beach

We had a fantastic week. The pool and house were great and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very hot but the AC worked well and we spent a lot of time in the pool or at the beach. Elizabeth was very helpful. She suggested the Merlin app for identifying birds which was really fun. We heard the macaws every day and were able to spot them in trees surrounding the property. Also lots of hummingbirds and other beautiful birds. We were glad to have binoculars. Keep the outside lights off at night to help keep the bugs away. We had a lot of fun in Domical and the grocery stores have moss of the things we needed. Fabulous vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Malwina’s house. The house was clean,spacious and comfortably furnished. The outside pool area was peaceful and comfortable ( loved the hammocks). We saw macaws in the morning while we were having coffee and had monkeys visit in the afternoon. It was a vey easy walk to a beautiful beach which was almost private. Malwina and Elizabeth were very responsive and made wonderful recommendations for local activies. Angels horseback riding was only five minutes away, Paddle 9 picked us up right at the house for a waterfall tour and Grego Natura was a fantastic guide for Manuel Antonio. Elizabeth had recommended Luis a local chef to us and he prepared us delicious dinners. The natural beauty of Costa Rica, the friendliness of the people and this terrific house made this a very memorable stay.

With a 3 generation family group of 8 this lovely villa provided a very comfortable living space. The road to the villa was difficult to find the first time in the dark, but Elizabeth was very helpful with directions and meeting my son to go over all the arrangements. Malwina gave us a recommendation for a chef who came to the villa and cooked a meal which exceeded expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the beach and the bicycles. The walk was not difficult even for an elderly woman with a cane. The private area was a wonderful place to watch wildlife, including monkeys and hawks and iguans and others. Watch what you leave on the third floor balcony; my granddaughter's shirt ended up on the roof! This was our first visit to Costa Rica and I was impressed with the beauty and the friendliness of the people.

This was the perfect house for our "3 generations" vacation. Everyone had their own on-suite bedroom, the kitchen was great (even had an air fryer), we loved the outdoor space and the pool, and it was a very short walk to the beach. The house was private and secure. We saw monkeys, sloths, toucans and macaws on the property -- what a treat! The host and property manager were very responsive. They even left some groceries to help us get started. I can't image any better accommodations.

Couldn’t have asked for better. 11 of us from age 9 - 63 stayed in this lovely home and everyone enjoyed it. The house is spacious and bright with air conditioning in all of the five en suite bedrooms. The bathrooms are all a generous size. The kitchen is well equipped with two full size fridge/freezers. The entire property inside and out was spotless. The pool is beautifully maintained and there is plenty of outdoor seating and tables. The neighborhood is peaceful with lots of wildlife to appreciate. The beach is gorgeous and never busy. We swam everyday. There are numerous activities within a half hour drive. Finally, Malwina was a truly gracious host, helpful, accommodating and responsive. Elizabeth, the property manager was also wonderful. We looked at dozens of homes in Costa Rica and are delighted we selected Malwina’s. I can’t recommend it highly enough

What an amazing place to stay in Costa Rica! Malwina was excellent in communication and care for us. Elizabeth was also a great host for us and very informative and helpful. The home and location are both wonderful. It is a luxury home on a more secluded beach, which we loved. You can see Malwina thought of every detail for an Airbnb and spared no expense. Elizabeth was also quick to respond to any question or need that arose for us. We saw Scarlet Macaws and a sloth in the back yard! We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to get to stay here again! We highly recommend it! Thank you Malwina and Elizabeth for helping make our family vacation so enjoyable!

Malwina’s beach house was absolutely amazing! The proximity to the beach made the stay so much fun. The house was super clean and the staff was great to work with. There is a nice variety of food stocked in the kitchen upon your arrival. I can not say enough good things about our stay at this house! We have been to Costa Rica 3 times and this has been my favorite location. It made for an amazing trip.

This place AMAZING!!! If you are by looking for a quiet place to go and just get away this is your place! Remote area but still close enough to grocery stores. We used the recommended chef 3 nights and all 3 nights were perfect!!! We saw horses, macaws, monkeys, lizard, sloth and so many other birds right from the area of the house. It is a beautiful place with excellent accommodation and service!
