It was a very nice experience with my family. The house is very, very large and very clean. It has everything you might need for a family vacation. We would definitely come back again.

The house is very nice and super central. Communication was always very good, as was the helpfulness of the hosts. Definitely recommended.

The house was lovely, spacious, and had plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax. It was within walking distance to Chedraui and other places we needed to go. The pantry has great storage space. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with ample dishes and cookware making meal prep easy. We appreciated having coffee pods provided. There was plenty of room for us to eat at different tables. The air conditioning worked great. All of the outdoor space was lovely. Loved the hammock in the garden space. Andrea responded quickly when we needed more drinking water. One note of caution, the stairs inside are a bit shallow. Made for more than one scraped heel. Overall, the house was comfortable, well equipped, and a great place for our group. We would gladly stay there again!

We loved our one week stay here during our family vacation. The home is clean, the beds are comfy, great wifi and a/c, excellent location with two major grocery stores within a short walking distance. It looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. We spent lots of time in the private yard, enjoying the pool. Everything you could possibly need or want during your stay is provided. Check in was seamless and our hosts were very responsive, friendly and accommodating. So many incredible restaurants to check out and great day trips to partake in. Although we chose to rent a car for our stay, it's not necessary at all.

A good place to stay, a spacious and modern house, an excellent area with Chedraui nearby for the necessary shopping. Andrea is always attentive and kind. Worth what you pay, recommended

Our six-person group of adults had a great stay here! We got a lot of use out of the nearby grocery store, and also appreciated the ample street parking for our rental car. A/C output, water pressure and water heat were all good. The pool was cleaned every day. For things we thought we'd like but didn't that much, the pool was too cold for most of us to want to take advantage of, even when it was pretty hot out. It was nice to look at though. The street noise was pretty loud, at least for the bottom bedroom... I would bring earplugs. All told though, if we were going back to Cozumel with another big group, we'd happily book the same place again!

Great spot for four friends traveling together. tons of space, AC nice, easy access to stores and restaurants and taxi stand.

Our stay here was very comfortable. The Chedruai is right down the street for easy grocery shopping. There is a great coffee shop (Monduco) right across the street. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would definately stay here again.

We loved our stay with the family. The place was very clean and well thought out: each couple had their privacy, while enjoying a nice common space with the kitchen, living room and outside, perfect for meeting up. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. In addition, the location is ideal, close to the city center. We recommend it without hesitation!

The house is super comfortable and very spacious for large families. It has everything you need, spacious rooms with their bathroom, air conditioning in all, the common areas are great. We loved our stay, 100% recommended, the super nice hosts were in contact with us and attentive if we needed anything.
