A 10/10 place to stay, ocean view, clean and quiet, very nice garden to spend the afternoon with the family and enjoy the jacuzzi. The pool in the common area is also very enjoyable. Super well located, nearby beaches, downtown, the marina, and supermarkets less than 10 minutes away by car. The hosts are always attentive and attentive.

Very nice residential development, just as shown in the photos. Excellent cleanliness. The only thing we weren't notified about was that the gardener was going to prune, and the noise woke us up. There are a couple of drawbacks: one is the access (without your own car), because according to the rules, they don't let food delivery people or app-based transportation in, unless you bring groceries or suitcases, but it's quite inconvenient to have to walk to the end to get to the apartment, especially when the sun is very strong. The other is that the location is not completely updated; most Uber/Didi drivers get lost trying to get there because there are still streets under construction around. Apart from that, everything was excellent. I would rent it again later, hoping that everything would be better by then.

Excellent service from the host. However, access to the development is a bit tedious due to the security personnel, but overall everyone was very friendly and it was an excellent stay. We hope to be able to return soon.

Very good place, excellent view, very clean, very good facilities in the apartment, the pool, and the gym. I didn't like the check-in process, as the security guard was a bit aggressive about the requirement for two pieces of ID.
