We had an ok stay at Joe’s place. Upon arrival we discovered that the gas had been disconnected and impacted the use of the stove and we did not have hot water during our stay for showering. This of course, is not the end of the world, we just wish Joe would have been transparent so we could have made an informed decision on whether or not to keep our booking. He did send over an additional cook top, but again we just wish he would have informed us in advance of this issue as it had clearly been disconnected for a period of time.

Cómo les comenté la administración me comentó el problema pocos dias antes de su llegada y se me pasó por completo informarles. Igual estuve pendiente y tratando de resolver lo más que pude. Spent the week and had a great experience! The apartment was very spacious and well designed. The location was ideal because there were a lot of options for restaurants but had a grocery store right across the street and it is close to downtown Panama was easy to get ubers back and forth. Joe was a great host! Accommodated me for early check-in and gave me recommendations on places to try. Always open to help and anytime I messaged he would respond quickly! Overall as if you had your own apartment out of town and could just settle right in.

The apartment is very beautiful and the bed super comfortable. We felt good! The front door, you just have to know that you have to pull it and turn the key to the left when you open it. Apparently well-equipped. Small downside, There is a lot of horn noise but this is everywhere in Panamá. By the way, the guards at the reception downstairs are very nice!

Joe's apartment is beautiful, very bright, with nice decor and extremely comfortable! Just like the listing photos, the area is nice, safe, and surrounded by good restaurants! The arrival and access very easy and Joe was always caring and attentive to give good tips in relation to the stay and with the restaurants near the place. Totally recommended!

I have stayed at a lot of Air bnb’s but this one has to be one of my favorites. Joe was one of the best hosts ever, I think he might be an artist the way he has his house set up and the location is amazing. Hats off to you Joe and thank you very much.

Only stayed 1 night but loved that arriving at 9pm, there were restaurants and a market walkable to pick up toiletries and had a delicious meal Easy to get to/from the airport, nice views, and very responsive host Would absolutely stay here again

While Joe seemed to be great and was very responsive here is my review of the following: Cons- 1. Very loud, lots of car honking all day and late into the night, difficult to sleep. 2. Cleanliness was an issue, the sheets were not changed, full of previous guests hair and makeup on pillow cases, bathrooms were not cleaned at all. Showers were full of previous guests hair as well, so it was clear they hadn't even been rinsed. 3. Pool is currently not in service and we were unable to use it. 4. Smell of toilet disinfectant blue tabs fills the entire apartment, smells like a porta potty all the time. Pros- 1. location is convenient to the airport 2. Location is surrounded with good restaurants 3. price for space was great 4. kitchen seemed to be well stocked for cooking 5. Drinking water provided 6. Easy Check in If cleanliness was addressed and corrected I would recommend this space to others:) Thankfully I found another set of sheets in the closet and was able to swap.

Buenos días trish. Soy muy cuidadoso con el tema de la limpieza, cada vez que tengo un huésped la señora va a limpiar muy cuidadosamente. Se me hace raro que hayas encontrado sucio las sabanas, de igual manera te pido disculpas y tomaré en cuenta tus comentarios. A su vez hay que recalcar que te permitir realizas un early check in y quizás por eso el apartamento no se limpio a profundidad, hay que tomar en cuenta esos detalles. Igualmente saber que siempre dejo dos juegos de sábanas y toallas para que los huéspedes puedan hacer uso de ellas durante su estadía prolongada. Un saludo muy cordial.

Excellent place, comfortable apartment and kitchen with everything that you need. The San Francisco area is very safe and several restaurants nearby. Joe was quick to respond to any inquiries

It is a very nice, comfortable, clean apt and it seems same as photos showed. Joe was very kind and helpful person. The only problem is to get an available parking…you should park in visit parking (but security man explained the car can’t keep there all night), near in the square or around the building. Of course, It would be great that apt includes the parking place inside the building.

Lovely place in the center of everything! Well appointed with a very comfortable bed and awesome view! Joe is a wonderful host that is thoughtful and friendly. Would definitely stay AGAIN.
