Madeleine

I had a fantastic stay at this casita. Playa Colorados is absolutely stunning. The place is clean, comfortable, safe and exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, great cooking pans and even washer and dryer. The Wi‑Fi was good enough with back-up solar batteries. Power outages are common in Nica but you won't notice them here. The host was friendly, communicative and welcoming, responding quickly to questions and offering helpful local tips. The location is convenient and beautiful with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend this listing and would happily stay here again.

Perfect. The casita is new, equipped to a high standard, private (totally separate from the house), and also tastefully designed. It is evident that the owner has invested a lot to provide the guests with as good an atmosphere as possible. There is a water purification system and an independent solar system (so no power outages - not trivial at all in Nicaragua) . The location is also good - central and allows you to walk a short distance to anywhere in the iguana complex. Highly recommended

Dreamy and SUPER stylish casita. Modern and comfy. Nice view of the golf Course and close to everything while still being private and quiet. A true hidden gem, I’ll gladly book this casita in future visits. And Madeline could NOT have been more responsove and cheerful. 5 stars all the way. And this was my 5th trip to Iguana :)

Madeline's place was perfect for this solo surfer looking to get some work done in between sessions. Great little kitchen setup and a bed with AC, and wifi, will definitely stay again if i get the chance. Thanks you!

Wow wow wow! We were lucky enough to be the first guests in this beautiful and tastefully designed casita. Everything inside is brand new, Madeleine has truly thought about everything needed to make guests feel at home. The casita is perfectly nestled by the golf course and surrounded by beautiful landscaping plus its walking distance to the beach! Madeleine went above and beyond with making sure we were taken care of. This is the perfect place for a person or a couple staying in Iguanas. We truly did love our stay here!
