Tina And Harrison

First review is of Pedregal if you haven’t stayed here before. It’s incredibly safe, quiet, hilly and beautiful. You can get Ubers but you need to pre arrange it with the gate. There are only two restaurants that I’m aware of - Courtside Cafe, which is more for breakfast and fortunately right by this Casa, and The Mountain Club which is also very close. The tennis and pickle courts are also right by this casa. The beach and marina and relatively easy to walk down to but be prepared that the walk back up will be a workout. Second is Casa Tina. We were pleased with the service and the value of our stay. It was perfect for my husband and I, we wouldn’t have stayed here if we had younger kids simply because of second bedroom separation. Everything was functional and comfortable, albeit a little dated. We were nervous about how comfortable “air mattresses” would be, but we were happy with the one we slept on upstairs. The pool was wonderful and lots of lounge chairs to sit on.

Absolutely beautiful location, and the hosts were so responsive the entire time, my friends and I came for spring break and could not be more happy with how our stay went. We’ll definitely be rebooking the next time we are here!

Casa Tina was the perfect place for my wife & I to unwind in Cabo! The home was cozy, clean and quiet & offers a great view. Town was walkable (but could be challenging on the way up for some) but Pedregral is a great place to walk with tons of great views and access to the beach. Casa Tina is next door to the Cafe as well. The pool was a great spot to relax as well. One perk we found in the neighborhood was a new spa (Manoma) & restaurant (Fenix) that opened earlier this year that’s only a 5-minute walk from Casa Tina. Fenix absolutely blew us away. Upscale, innovated Mexican cuisine from one of the areas most notable chefs. Reservation only but highly recommend! Overall, our 10-day stay was great. My only gripe was the bedroom window. It can be noisy when winds get high which can affect sleep for some. I would return to Casa Tina in a heartbeat!

Tina was a great host, very quick to respond and friendly as well. Would love to return to your home next time I am in Cabo.

Great home for family vacation. More outdoor space than indoor. Conveniently located next door to a cafe and tennis & pickleball courts. Uber into town was less than 5min. Hosts were communicative and went above expectations.

My husband and I had a great stay at Casa Tina. The location was perfect and the views were amazing! It was a short walk to town and there was a great café right next door. We loved having our own private pool as well! The pictures and descriptions accurately depicted the property and the hosts were super helpful! We would love to stay again and would recommend to others looking to stay in Cabo!

First time to Cabo there were a lot of unknows. Transportation from airport was arranged, we were greeted when we arrived to the house, a brief walk through explaining ac, pool etc.. House was just the right size for two couples or small family. Pool was private with a great view. Café just a short walk away had great food and service. Easy Uber ride down to Marina area.

Can’t say enough about our wonderful experience at Casa Tina! We love tennis and played everyday. The gorgeous home is right next to the courts. The peekaboo eastern view to the Sea of Cortez between the mountains of the Pedregal is amazing! The home had everything we wanted. We had a delay in our flight arrival and Sarah and Angie checked to make sure we settled in nicely, even at midnight!! We have jbeen to Cabo many times and own a timeshare at Lands End, but this was our favorite trip, by far. It just felt like home! Can’t wait to go back to Casa Tina!

We have stayed in Cabo many many times. Other Airbnbs- hotels all up and down the coast. And for the money- this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. I would definitely stay again. It is conveniently located i Pedegral near the tennis court and restaurant. Close to Pedegral’s private beach. We went with our two younger boys (11 and 7) The only drawback to the house is I wouldn’t recommend it with younger kids just because the second bedroom is located away from the front door outside in the back yard. Even though we we were comfortable, i could see how some would not feel the same way. The kids enjoyed it because they felt like it was their own apartment downstairs :) Overall- a great place to stay with two couples or a small family. Loved it. And the host was extremely communicative. Will definitely stay again.
