Asta was a great host. Always responded promptly when we asked a question and was very proactive to make some recommendations immediately prior to the day we arrived. We had a few minor issues which were addressed promptly for the most part. The house was exactly as pictured and the location was great. Our group really liked the location and we would all stay there again.

This place was amazing. Everything is much better than in the pictures. Asta was very responsive and met us to give us a tour of the house. She was helpful with every step. Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to a family emergency, but we loved every minute that we were able to stay.

Asta’s house was beautiful, spacious, and super well equipped. She was super flexible about check in and helped us organize nearby activities. Would definitely return!

Villa Papagayo is in absolutely stunning location. The villa itself is beautiful, especially the pool and master bedroom. Asta was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. There is not anything within walking distance so you definitely need a car as its a twenty minute drive to the nearest shop, restaurant, and garage. The sunsets were amazing. We travelled with three friend who all choose to each have one of the self contained suites on the lower level. It catered for all our needs.

Asta, thank you again for a wonderful experience. As you know, this was my second time here with a group. This time we had 8 friends with us and each of them loved this place. The finished, paved road is so great!

It's very nice, it was a pleasant stay, it's well equipped, we found everything we needed and we had a great time, host Asta was always available and it was always easy to contact her.

I have previously been to this place, with different groups of friends and family. Finding facilities in optimal condition (both rooms and swimming pool), however for some reason, the latter occasion, I found that 3 of the rooms had not been given the proper cleanliness, smell of storage and the pool had murky water. It's unfortunate that you don't maintain a stand in such beautiful place and to which I was temporarily returning for how good it was. I hope you take more into account these details that make the difference between a pleasant stay, a pleasant one.

Lamentablemente personal de limpieza no alistó habitaciones del piso bajo por grand error. Pero después que huespedes informó sobre sucedido , los habitaciones era limpiadas y alistadas para su huéspedaje lo mismo día de su llegada. Piscina era turbia y estará por un tiempo más después arreglo , después cambio del lechada... micro partes de la misma se separa. Es imposible filtrar y no existe ningún ximico que ayuda. Talvez no se ve muy bien, pero no es mal cuido o mantenimiento. No es alga o susiedad....
