If you can’t relax at Casa Tranquila , then you are beyond help .

The description is not accurate! It is even more spectacular than I thought it would be. We absolutely loved the place! The 2 main bedrooms are nicely separate and the third bedroom cozy for kids or adults. The kitchen is well equipped and set up for some good cooking while you look out across the pool and hot tub to the arroyo. Plenty of birds to view also from indoors and out. Dining on the outside table was perfect any time of the day. Comfy outdoor furniture made for great hanging out when we weren't in the spa or pool. Loved the "salt water". Very fresh (not salty at all) and no chlorine or other chemical smell. When the coffee pot died, Josefina had another one on our doorstep the next morning. Overall I would love to spend more time here. Peaceful, lovely place to be.

Amazing place. Very clean and comfortable. Views are amazing! Good thing the property manager is available to escort guests to the property, as it's not easy to find... but well worth it! Everyone you could ever want in a vacation property.

Tracey's place was amazing and they could not have been better hosts! We had some unexpected complications during our trip due to weather and they went above and beyond! I highly recommend a stay at this property. The sunrise/sunset combo can't be beat.

Casa Tranquilla was a great space in a beautiful setting close to beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The home more than fit our group of six with plenty of privacy from our own group and the neighbors. The pool and wood-fired pizza oven were very nice. Even better was the simple amenties of having use of a cooler and beach umbrella for daily excursions. Those are items you'd have to buy, use, and leave when the vacation ends. It was a great homebase for excursions in and around Los Barriles, La Paz, San Antonio, and Todos Santos without the hubbub of Los Cabos or La Paz. Just a quick hour from the airport, 1.5 hours from La Paz and 1.75 hours from Todos Santos, this site is great. Los Barriles is laid back and chill. Plenty of very quiet beaches in the area.

Beautiful house, with many amenities, we had no problems being on site, the directions are clear and everything works very well. Josefina and Tracey were always attentive and attentive to any detail. Highly recommended :)

Tracey & Adam's home is truly this, a home. We do a lot of Airbnb, and the well stocked kitchen was truly plus for us because we usually do a lot of cooking. The entire home is just beautiful, 2 master suites plus a 3rd bed room was greatly appreciated and the pool & spa were to say topped off the whole experience. We love Los Barriles and have visited many times over the past 20 years and would highly recommend staying here. Tracey was very responsive, and their property manager Josefina handled any and everything with very fast response time. The home may seem a little pricey to some for people for the area, but you get what you pay for! We will definitely return.

Casa Tranquila is truly magical. It has an amazing view and is extremely serene. The location and view simply can not be beat! The house itself is very nice, and the pool and hot tub are perfect! Tracey went above and beyond to help us out. We really appreciate everything.

Casa Tranquila was an A+ from beginning to end. The house is beautiful, well appointed, well stocked and in a great location. We were there with our daughter and her family and it was perfect for all age groups. The location is perfect, the view outstanding and it's easy to get to the beach and town. This was our 6th trip to LB and while other places we have stayed were great, Casa Tranquila is over the top amazing. We hope to return. As my husband said......If you can't relax at Casa Tranquila, you can't relax anywhere !! Kudos to Tracy and her team!

We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent place. Plenty of space and the view was to die for. We watched the sun come up every morning with our coffee in hand and then at the end of the day, we watched the sun go down. We really appreciated the fine tile work in the bathrooms and the size. The real cool thing was we could walk out the door and hike for miles in the small mountains. We learned that the trails were created and maintained by guy named Bruce who still kiteboards at 82 years old! I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tranquila. The house was very comfortable and clean and the view from the outdoor patio was amazing. It’s a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrise each morning and star gaze at night. The location is great – close enough to town and the beach but still quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed when we cooked at the house. There is even an outdoor pizza oven which we enjoyed using. There is also a UV water filter so the tap water is safe to drink. Communication with Tracey prior to our visit was excellent and she quickly answered the questions I had. We met the property manager, Josefina, when we arrived in Los Barriles and she showed us to the house. Communication with Josefina was also great and she was very helpful. We loved staying at this beautiful house and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Los Barriles!

Excellent home for large families, fully equipped kitchen for any and all cooking needs. Great home layout, super comfy furniture, abundance of kids toys (which was a blessing). Great safe location. Would return.
