The house was comfortable, clean, and easy to access. Everything was working properly, and we had a very pleasant stay in San Pedro. I would definitely recommend this place!
We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! The accommodations were exactly as described â clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The property itself is beautiful, with gorgeous grounds that made it feel like a true getaway. We also loved how conveniently located it was, with great restaurants and grocery stores just a short walk or drive away. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable, and we wouldnât hesitate to book here again.
Babylon Beach was even better than described. I appreciate Pista letting us stay. The resort was in a perfect location, just a block from the airport and lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities nearby. Thanks again for a great vacation!! A+++++
Overall place was described but villa 8 does not have an ocean view or much privacy. Good things: Place is described and looks like the pictures It was clean The community area is not private and shared but very nice The villa was well equipped with everything you need They will setup groceries, golf cart, and anything you need They communicate very well Location is close to town center Things that can be improved Living room is small for 6 or more people Location is down a back alley and not very secure. We had gas siphoned out of our golf cart People would dig through the trash every night Beds were hard and pillows were not great Location was close to the airport so you will hear them Overall cost for value you is there and if you will not be spending a ton of time at the place itâs worth a shot.

I booked the day of and was able to be accommodated, nice area next door to supermarket and plenty shops ! Great views from balcony!
We had a wonderful stay and couldnât have asked for a better experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed to feel at home, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in and check-out process easy. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. We would be happy to come back again in the future!
The property is exactly as listed in the listing. Pista is a very great host with excellent hospitality. The home/resort was very beautiful with a beachfront view. Everything you need is walking distance. Everyone in San Pedro is very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend booking with Pista and with Babylon beach resort
We loved it here!! Close to everything and it had its own dock outside which made it perfect for our fishing trip. They were able to pick us up from there. The space was really roomy and the AC worked great! We loved being able to walk to Lobster Fest, restaurants and bars..... and the grocery store is just steps away. Pista was really friendly and helpful anytime we needed something. We will definitely be back!
This was our first trip to Belize, we fell in love with Belize. Pista & all her staff were always friendly, kind & welcoming. Always professional & any request were always on point, very prompt with their response. Our Villa was clean, spacious, equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend Babylon Resort & we definitely would return to stay again. Belize is definitely Unbelizeable!

âââââ (1/5) I booked this Airbnb well in advance, but the stay was cut short due to serious safety concerns. Upon arrival, the host said the door was left open with the key inside, which was already concerning. We also noticed the front door didnât close properly and were told it would be fixed the next day. That evening, the door wouldnât lock at all. We waited over 2.5 hours for a solution, missed our dinner reservations, and the issue was never resolved. When I asked to be moved to another villa, the host replied, âThen we would have 2 dirty rooms.â At that point, I canceled my reservation because I didnât feel safe. Thankfully, Airbnb supported my decision. Guest safety should always come first.

First and foremost, our property has always been a safe place to stay, and we have never had a guest safety incident. While we understand your concerns about the door lock, we kindly ask that the details be represented accurately. Our team responded immediately after the issue was reported. However, you requested to be moved to another villa instead, and we agreed without hesitation. A staff member immediately went to unlock and prepare the alternate unit and waited upstairs for your arrival. Unfortunately, while she was waiting for you, the reservation was canceled before the transfer could take place. We sincerely regret that this unexpected maintenance issue affected your stay. We take guest safety very seriously and acted promptly to provide a solution. Our commitment has always been to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay, and we stand by the actions our team took to assist you.
We had a great time staying here! We were able to walk to everything we needed within 20-30 minutes and itâs a 10 minute walk from the ferry. Host was so helpful and responsive to everything we needed! There is a pool although it is a smaller above ground pool so keep that in mind, but was clean and we mostly were using beaches. Overall great time and enjoyed our stay!

Right in town near all the shops and restaurants, yet private and peaceful with the ocean right out the back door. They were very help in renting a golf cart and our snorkeling excursion (where the boat picked us up right off our dock!). Plenty of great recommendations and very friendly! We had a great time!!!
