Una Vida

Ok, i NEVER do reviews. Una Vida villa was so perfect for our wedding party to stay at. Their customer service is absolute top notch. I was a little worried about the location as it is down town Tulum but it was so remote and relaxing. It is best to rent a car though if you plan to go to the beach road a lot. We had other friends stay in the hotel rooms at una Vida and no one had anything but great things to say. My husband and I moved to mi amor on beach road for our honey moon and it was nice too, but we both agreed that if we come back we will stay at una Vida or their sister hotel again. Thank you Artie and Daniella for making us feel like family!

What an amazing serene property it’s true Lu breathtaking. The una Vida hotel is fantastic and I’ll certainly be coming back. The pictures don’t do this villa justice it’s much nicer! I’d highly recommended it to anyone interest in a lux vacation to Tulum!

THIS PLACE IS GORGEOUS. This villa is the largest one on the property and the only one with its own pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything they served at restaurant was delicious. Shout out our girl Paola for being so wonderful and helpful. The villas are close to downtown and about 20-30 minutes from all the restaurants (traffic is crazy since there’s one road). Una Vida is our place now and will be coming back.

Six of my friends and I stayed here for a week and we loved it! The staff was very friendly and ready to help whenever we needed! They had great recommendations for food, beach clubs and other hot spots. The restaurant in the hotel had delicious food. Everyone was satisfied with how spacious the rooms and the villa was in general! Would definitely come back to visit Una Vida in the future!! We also loved their sister hotel, Bardo, it’s beautiful!! definitely would love to stay there in the future as well

Wow. One Life, wow. I have stayed in multiple Airbnb’s. This one tops it all. The service is insane. These people go above and beyond. From the moment we checked in they carried our bags to the room, gave us the total of the hotel and that was a huge surprised. I couldn’t believe all the amenities we were getting. The amazing restaurant, yoga daily, the amazing pools, the drinks that are to die for, and the security and safety. This place is so chic, so boho like I wanted. I’m in love with the decor. Julian is amazing!!!! Always responsive, always made sure we’re good, any cabs or excursions he could help us with he would. He recommended so many restaurants, and always checked up on us. Bianca the one in charge or reservations on the premises helped me plan a magical night with a private chef candle lit dinner around the pool, my friends were in awe. We didn’t know what to say we were left speechless. I am forever only staying here when I come to Tulum. This is by far the best place. It’s so tranquil, upscale, with 5 star service. I’m so sad to leave. Thank you Una Vida for an unforgettable experience, I never felt so safe, and happy. You have an amazing location, and space to enjoy. My friends, and I love you!!

Seriously stay here! We spent most of our trip at the beach, but stayed here for the last few nights of our trip and loved it. It was really secluded and quiet & felt like you were staying in the jungle. It was just a 15 min bike ride from downtown Tulum (not the beach part of Tulum) and had a number of good restaurants close by. There were some bugs since it was in the jungle. I didn’t get bit, but my fiancé did. They do provide bug spray but I would bring some just in case. It was a little difficult to find. The address they gave didn’t pull up, if you stay just type in Bardo hotel because that’s where you check in. And while you are at it, while you stay at Una Vida, check out the hotel - it’s super cool!

Very impressed with una vida! Santiago was amazing! He gave us tips of where to go and is really friendly. His English is perfect which really helped! The view is breath taking and the whole place is spotless clean. The vibe here is really positive, I will defiantly be coming back to this villa!

Una Vida is a beautiful boutique hotel experience. Truly magnificent and unforgettable. We stayed in the largest villa with private pool which was beyond magnificent and there are many smaller rooms as well that share same beautiful pool and grounds. The design of Una Vida is just perfect- clean, lovely details, and locally sourced materials. We really enjoyed staying in town of Tulum on the jungle side since we like the local flair, but I could see some may prefer beach front. The drive was about 12 minutes to beach and all of the beaches in tulum are public, so we just chose a hotel with a nice kid friendly restaurant (Ziggy’s) and then used their beach chairs and amenities for the entire day. It was perfect set up for us. We would come back in a second.
