The doorman was not very helpful and it was hard with electric work the first night and we had to stay at another place. After that this stay was great and had lots of rooms and bedrooms definitely the best for a bigger group 5+. Danielle the hostess was very helpful and friendly.

Dan, our host, is super friendly and always in touch. The apartment is beautiful. I felt at home.

We enjoyed staying at this location. I had booked 2 units from Dan, and Jorge helped with the communication closer to the date. The Riva Condos are in a gated community called La Laguna, close to the Marina Puerto Cancun mall. We felt very safe and it was easy to find food or things to do (though I also recommend the Chavito Bien Taqueria and The Coffee that are in the plaza right next to the building). The units themselves were modern, clean, and had great air conditioning for those hot days and nights. We also appreciated the amenities the building offered, including a gym and pool with great views.

Everything was excellent. It was nice, super comfortable, with a great location, a great pool, and a private beach. Dan's communication was excellent, and he resolved concerns quickly. I would come back and 100% recommended

Excellent stay

There was an electrical problem in the unit I rented but the one we got instead was very nice. Judging by the pictures it was just as nice inside. It was a little confusing finding it and getting in the gate. So if you stay at the RIVA, drive slowly and look for a small gate to walk up to. There will be a guard on the other side of the wall and there is a doorbell with a camera to let them know you are there. But it is very very safe, because the security is on top of it and doesn’t let anyone go in that is not authorized. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi with view was amazing! The gym is well equipped. The beds in our unit were super comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place! A bit tricky to find but overall a lovely space with a gorgeous pool❤️

The host was very responsive and everything was very straightforward to get into the Airbnb. I was able to walk most places I wanted to go and able to work from there, with great WiFi access.

Great location and host .. if you don’t get all inclusive you just cannot purchase anything within the resort
