Excellent place, comfortable, with everything you need, in a place with a very good location. Matt was always attentive. Everything was perfect. I totally recommend it and I would definitely stay at the same place again.

Confirmed in description. A bit off the beaten track, but that means the accommodation is quiet and everything is still within walking distance.

The place is very nice in price with quality, they were very kind to us. The only problem is that there were many cockroaches, I imagine more because of the rainy season, otherwise it was perfect.

The place was quiet and private, very clean, good location walking distance from amenities and the beach. Water heater and pressure was great. A/C units worked great. Check in was unfortunately an issue, the instructions said we would be left a key in a lockbox but it wasn’t there, we had trouble contacting anyone after trying three people (the first I messaged four hours in advance), and then we had to wait half an hour in the parking lot for someone to bring us the key. Also the internet wasn’t usable for work at only 5mbps upload.

Condo was great. Very comfortable. Easy walking distance into town and the beach. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs in picture may vary (camping style over beach style during our stay) and also chair/umbrella options available to rent on the beach. Water pressure in the shower was great! Communication with Patricia the condo management was quick and very responsive through Whats @App during the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

An excellent and very peaceful place, no noise at all, and the neighbors are very respectful and friendly. Very friendly security service, and the car was quite safe too. You can find plenty of places nearby to go out to eat, and of course, Playa Tamarindo is quite close. My family is very satisfied with our stay; we hope to return very soon :)

My family and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend. Our kids played in the pool day and night. It was a short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants close by. Matt was very responsive with any inquiry we had. We hope to be back soon.

Great location only minutes away from the beach. It was easy to get to and ample parking around the space. Enough beds for the people we had and we loved the pool in the middle which was great for our small aged children.
