We had an amazing stay! Everything about the home was great as describe. Beautiful scenery from upstairs balcony rooms and back patio of pool and sea. Beautiful sunrises. A/C worked perfect in the entire house. The only thing I would add is some throw blankets for nap time for the kiddos. Definitely will stay again on next trip to Isla Mujeres.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Cinco Caballos! The home is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a large family or group. We especially loved the pool, outdoor spaces, and peaceful location on the south end of Isla Mujeres. Karen was a thoughtful and responsive host, and we also want to recognize Isaac and Jon Carlos with Mundaca Realty. They were excellent to work with, kept us informed during the island-wide power outages, and were very helpful with arranging our golf cart rentals and answering questions throughout our stay. We did experience power outages on two days, including one extended outage that temporarily affected running water. While this was an island-wide utility issue beyond the host’s control, Karen handled the situation with understanding and generosity, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we made wonderful family memories and would gladly recommend Casa de Cinco Caballos to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres.

Words aren’t enough to describe how amazing our stay was. The view alone makes this house worth every penny. The location on the south end was perfect and a little slower paced than the north end of the island, which was only a golf cart ride away. Check in and check out went very smoothly. We will be back!

We like staying on south end of the island where it’s more peaceful and less hectic than downtown. So, if that’s your style it’s definitely a great place to stay. We enjoyed morning walks on the trail overlooking the ocean. The pool and hot tub were both comfortable temperatures. We will definitely consider this home again when we come back.

The place is even better than the pictures show. We had a great family stay and it was especially nice to have the upstairs separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect, quiet and the vacant lot next door provided even more privacy. We rented golf carts and it was an easy trip to the North beaches and restaurants all around the island. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room. We used the hot tub and pool a lot. The sunrises from the pool area were amazing and it's only a brief walk to Punta Sur to get an unobstructed sunrise view. We also got a pack and play and twin bed set up and that was very easy and helpful. We are now trying to figure out when to go back and we would definitely stay here again!

Our family (adults and kids) had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house, and we absolutely loved our time here! From the moment we arrived, it felt incredibly welcoming. I loved the color scheme throughout the house, which gave a very happy vibe. The beds were comfortable, the showers always had plenty of hot water, and the heated pool was absolutely amazing! The property manager was able to accommodate us checking in early, and was very responsive when needed. The location is incredibly quiet, and within walking distance to different beach clubs and restaurants. My absolute favorite part was drinking my coffee in the morning on the lounge chairs, watching the waves and listening to the birds. The sunrise can’t be beat! The water jugs for drinking were an unexpected bonus, and very much appreciated! The only thing I had an issue with, was that there weren’t extra blankets anywhere. There were a few nights that were surprisingly chilly. We will definitely stay again!

This place has everything you need. You are away from the busy north end of the island and you can get anywhere you want to go quickly. View is amazing, the infinity pool was fantastic. We had a group of 11 and we had plenty of room. The golf cart covered area was fantastic as we have been caught waking up to wet golf cart seat. We had 3 golf carts that were always covered and we never had to worry about wet seats on the carts. Its a fantastic locaton with fantastic views and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful place. The sunrises in the morning were gorgeous. We had five couples and we had enough rooms for everyone. The pool was a huge plus! We enjoyed playing cornhole too!

A group of 7 of us came down to Isla Mujeres to celebrate my 30th birthday. This house was absolutely beautiful and had an amazing view. We were able to go down to the ocean nearby and used the pool every day and most nights. The house was big enough for everyone and so clean. We were able to extend our stay by one day when we realized that it was available and they were quick to accommodate us. Anytime we had a question or an issue we were able to communicate quickly with the property manager. Absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay at Casa de Cinco Caballos. We had an extended family vacation with a wide range of ages. The three upstairs bedrooms do require a separate entrance which was perfect for us and would be perfect for couples, families with adult children, etc. The pictures on the website depict exactly what the house looks like. We had several chefs come into the house to cook some of our meals and they had all of the amenities that they needed. The house is in a great location. The pool is fabulous and the outdoor space we loved. A nice touch are the umbrellas in the pool! The views overlooking the ocean are stunning! Karen and Ray were very responsive and answered any questions we had prior to booking and prior to our arrival. The house is in excellent condition! We would definitely consider staying in this home again when we return to Isla Mujeres. The island is fantastic. Thanks Karen and Ray!

Amazing house, pool and views of the ocean. Detailed emails with links to car service (CARM) made getting from the airport to the ferry to island and back a breeze. The pool was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Amazing house that was perfect for 12 and a 3 year old! I loved being so close to punta sur taxis always knew where the house was. Hot showers wonderful beds, bathroom and kitchen.

The house was great for our large family. We had a mix from grandparents to kids of all ages. They even had a couple of games and puzzles to keep them entertained! We came in the cooler months, so the heated pool provided a perfect space to play and relax, regardless of the temperature outside. We even arranged massages set up under the covered car port. The house and neighborhood felt secure, there was a gates and walls around the property, but more importantly the Island is a very safe place. We had no issues and look forward to coming back!

Perfect for family gatherings. No loud clubs or crowds to deal with. Lots of restaurants near by. Several days, we never left the house! The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for decompressing if needed.

The house was gorgeous, very clean and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms were large, the kitchen had all amenities, big outdoor heated infinity pool and a large hot tub with incredible views of the ocean. The house is at the south end of the island, in a very nice and quiet area but within walking distance of several restaurants. The house exceeded our expectations, we had a lovely vacation and we would very much to return in the near future. Thank you!!!
