It was a family trip, and everyone was happy. The house has amazing views. Everything is in order and safe. The people who take care of the house are friendly and helpful. As a tip: they can help you find good seafood. Alberto always responds as soon as possible.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this beach house overall โ the location is fantastic, right on the beach with stunning ocean views that made our mornings and evenings special. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching sunsets from the deck was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The house is spacious, and feels fresh, with an open layout thatโs perfect for hanging out as a group. Bedrooms were comfortable (especially the master with its killer view), and the kitchen had everything we needed for casual meals.

No A/C and extremely hot, had to sleep with open windows, no sheet on the bed ,no pillow cases, no towel and soap in the bathroom, and No hot water. We were booked for 5 nights and stayed for 2. and no Internet access. We will not recommend this place, and no privacy , the care takers stayed on site. Had no TV and was able to put our clothes away due to unclean surface & moldy walls. StAY AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU WERE WORN.

Ofrecemos una casa espaciosa, limpia, plรกcida y segura, con vista espectacular del ocรฉano. Esta casa estรก compuesta de 4 cuartos, 3 baรฑos y una amplia cocina totalmente equipada. Ademรกs, proveemos WIFI de 60 MBPS, ventiladores en cada cuarto, agua caliente por paneles solares. Todo esto por el mรณdico precio de 175 dรณlares (impuesto + AIRBNB incluido). Nuestro cliente se presentรณ a las instalaciones, a las 11pm y llegรณ exigiendo en alta voz el servicio de A/C (no incluido en la oferta), ademรกs decidiรณ que las sรกbanas no eran de su agrado, que los cuartos no tenรญan el bouquet primaveral de su escogencia y que necesitaba jabรณn y shampoo (no incluido en la oferta). Es evidente que estรฉ cliente no tomรณ el tiempo de leer las caracterรญsticas del sitio, asimismo, mostrรณ trato menospreciativo hacia mi personal, comentando que se harรญa un proyecto de mal informar la casa. No olvidemos que esta propiedad ha sido distinguida con el sello de Superhost por los clientes asiduos que tenemos.

The place is great. The family that lives in the property is very quiet and you don't notice their presence. They are always attentive to any questions and help if needed (shoutout to Rosa and Mario). The place is clean and quite safe. The parking is somewhat limited: there is only space for one vehicle.

Pesima experience. We had to share the house with the guardian of the house and his family. The people who live in the house sleep in a room, as well as in a room in front of the kitchen, they are not separated from the house or the visitor. That is, there is no privacy. It is exposed to the guard's surveillance of the house and the moment of breakfast must be shared with the guard's family since they circulate throughout the house. Any conversation you have is heard by the family that lives in the house. If I was in a swimsuit, I also had to be in sight of the guard. There are security cameras inside the house to film, so it's even filmed. Finally, a house is not rented but a room and there is an atmosphere of mistrust as it is constantly observed. We did not receive a key from the house when we left the house to eat, that is, we could not link our belongings. I don't recommend this house.
