This house is beautiful inside and out. The pool was the perfect size - lots of shallower area / stairs for smaller kids, and the deep end was deep enough for adults and even for kids to jump in. The beds were comfortable and kitchen appliances were great. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay at this house again!

We had a really nice stay at **Casa Artis** in Costa Rica. The home was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The space felt peaceful and private, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor areas. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and overall the house made it easy to settle in and feel at home. Christine was a great host — friendly, responsive, and helpful with local suggestions. Communication was smooth throughout our stay. We’d happily recommend Casa Artis to anyone visiting Costa Rica and would consider staying there again in the future.

Our family of 6 adults loved this property. Having your own room and bathroom was perfect for each couple. The kitchen and main living area is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils, pot and pans, the barbecue and outdoor eating area was fantastic. We loved having the pool after walking back from town or the beach. Loved the local cats and dogs that visited us regularly, we are animal lovers and love feeding strays. Very quiet neighbourhood 10-15 min walk from Tamarindo beach. Great restaurants nearby and beds are so comfortable,everyone in our family commented on how well they slept. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Tamarindo.

We had a wonderful stay here. The home was beautiful and just like the listing, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. The host was lovely and very easy to communicate with. It’s also in a great location, super close to town and the beach which made getting around so easy. We would definitely recommend it.

The house is very well equipped and clean. Having a pool is great for the kids during hot weather. The house is in a good location that’s gated but easily walkable to the downtown area.

We had a wonderful stay in Tamarindo. Everyone was sad to leave and wished we could have stayed longer. We really liked having a private home with a pool that was still so very close to town. Our mornings were so peaceful with butterflies, hummingbirds and birds. We never saw the monkeys but could hear them close by. The pool was really nice for relaxing in and around. The home is gorgeous and really spacious. We had a car and would often take a short drive to the beach or to have dinner while watching the sunset, but it is also easily walkable. We enjoyed fishing, zip-lining and surf lessons, shopping and so much good food! The home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Christine is a very responsive and helpful host and I would recommend her place to anyone. It’s walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and beach. The pool is perfect for toddlers as there’s a shallow section with stairs and a deeper plunge pool area for jumping in where parents can safely stand to support their child. The house was perfect. Great kitchen and enough privacy with the three bedrooms and three ensuites. The air conditioning was great after the plus 30 temps in December. The house is far enough away from downtown so nights were quiet. Howler monkeys and birds every morning starting at 515am. My wife and I stayed with our four year old, our 14 month old, and my in-laws. The house is in a very safe gated community with a security guard from 6pm-6am. We always felt safe.

Amazing home base in Tamarindo! Walk to the beach every day and enjoyed all the shops and restaurants along the way. The Thursday night market is so close and a must visit! The house was amazing, super clean and free of clutter. Well equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need. The pool is small and so great to have so handy to cool off and chill out in. Perfect for small kids too. Loved this home base for the week!

We were so happy with our choice for this property for many reasons 1) friendly and responsive host 2) safety 3) privacy and silence yet close to all convenience 4) beautiful, spacious and spotless clean house 5) convenient clean and relaxing (salted water) pool. We just loved the place and recommend it.

The house is much nicer than it looks on the pictures. Quite and safe neighborhood but everything is close by. Definitely recommend!
