Great location, I had to check in earlier than check in time and it was very accessible. The location is very good, a safe area and you can walk, restaurants and bars in the area. The noise from bars in the early morning can get a little annoying.

Overall, this place was very cute and quaint, unfortunately for them, the little bar across the street would play techno music until 3 AM almost every night… It made it impossible to sleep, I would highly recommend getting soundproof doors for the location, other than that, it was exactly what I thought it was going to be… and, the service team was exceptional

I had read in the reviews prior to booking, that it was very loud. We assumed because we were going to be there on a Tuesday night. Perhaps it wouldn’t be so loud. Wrong! I’m not sure why people driving down that street feel the need to just lay on their horns it two or three or 4 o’clock in the morning. 😩 It really is a shame because otherwise, the location is perfect!

unfortunately, that was the worst stay we had in Casco Viejo. Host unresponsive, didn't give us the lock instructions code. We wanted to check-in at 19h00 and only got an answer back with door password at 23h30. This location isn't the best, either. it's very noisy all night long from bar/restaurantand drunk people. There was even construction noise going on at night right in front of the apartment. Is this even legal? I dought it. Olds windows (you hear everything loud and clear) so overall it wasn't a good night of sleep at all. if it wasn't for that, the apartment was big and spacious.

This awesome property is located in the heart of Old Town. No need for a car as everything is within a few blocks - restaurants / shops / churches and historic sites. The flat is well designed and beds are comfortable. We highly recommend

book it 1 hour away from getting to the place and everything was in perfect condition. It is located in a good place near all the activities that can be done in Old Town. I would definitely come back!

Great location for the value. Very basic amenities. Awesome location in proximity to restaurants and bars. Outside noise was pretty constant throughout the night. This is a great crash pad, but if you are looking for a peaceful nights sleep, this is not it.

The apartment is in a prime location in the old town for restaurant visits and bus as taxi stands. A few minutes walk to the fish market and other sightseeing points. The apartment would also be nice if it had not been surrounded by long-term buildings. Sitting and relaxing on the balcony & in the apartment was not possible. Fine dust was all over the apartment, the floor dirty. On balcony& flower pots of old cigarette butts. It would have been fair to mention that in the advertisement, as it is really long-term shopping and I spent extra money on a place with a balcony. The noise from the street and restaurant was bearable. Wifi did not work at check in. After plugging on your own and reset of the modem, it worked again. Communication very viscous with the guest.

Great location. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The host was quick to respond. But that’s where the good stuff ends. The apartment was filthy. Cobwebs in the sala above the drapes, the floor had not been washed likely for months - I wiped a damp paper towel over it and was disgusted by how brown the towel got. Furniture is stained and worn. The toilet base had black dirt accumulated from lack of cleaning. The entry hall and apartment don’t match the reality at all. The place has a feeling of being forgotten, or that the effort to maintain it became too much for the owner - who I assume is not local. Truly unfortunate because the lack of cleanliness is likely going to bring ratings down. It’s a simple fix, but does not appear to be a priority. If the place had looked like the pics and been clean, this would have been a 5 star review.

Fantastic location for exploring Casco Veijo! one thing to note, it is above a bar and a main road, Panama drivers like to honk their horn A LOT. So, it is quite a noisy area and it’s not overly soundproofed. Did sound like a window was open somewhere at how clearly I could hear outside. The washing machine facilities are on the top floor of the building but when I couldn’t find them and messaged the host, I had a message back within minutes.

The place is spacious, very clean and safe. It has details that made it even nicer like cooking utensils, fridge, and cooking basics that although not used are greatly appreciated for being available. Noise from a nearby construction we were removed from very early on that that's unrelated to the stay. Overall very nicely located, I would stay again! The host, although they did not respond to my initial messages, I can say that it was flexible at our entrance, which is to be thanked since if we required the place a little earlier.

Price/performance is right. It is unbearably noisy at weekend but so it is also advertised. The chair legs are rusted and broken off, they were attached to needy afterwards. When I wanted to sit down, the chair collapsed immediately. I hit my head. Hazardous! I did not receive any feedback or inquiries received from the host.

It's true that noise is heard, but it's something that after a while it calms down ... I love staying in this place and I would definitely come back! The perfect location if you are in Panama for tourism. Highly recommended

Very relaxing and quiet stay in Uvita. The beach and national park are right next door. Silvia is really helpful and helped us both with transportation further and whale watching.

Great location to walk everywhere. Easy to find. The apartment had everything you need. There's a safe in the apartment, it does not work, inconvenience for us. The Internet is slow, but it works. Blueguest either doesn't respond or several days before they did respond. Both televisions had no signal, safe didn't work, and the owner either didn't get back to us until 3rd attempt, but nothing was done about it. We asked what to do about the garbage, but there was no response. Perhaps some instructions should be made up for how to work the tv and where to place your garbage. Although we read the reviews, the owner does not disclose that the noise goes until 4 or 5 in the morning, earplugs do not work.

Smell of chemical product/unbearable cleaning on arrival and the bedding is poorly cleaned (washing of cold water sheets) so filled with mites. I have made huge allergies, if you are allergic to mites, dust or household products you will not be able to sleep in this apartment. In addition, the apartment does not have double glazing, you will also not be able to sleep at night with earplugs. Taxis honk all night on the street, the police sometimes arrive with the sirens at 4:00am! The apartment is adjoining a discotheque, the walls shake so much the sound is loud some evenings. A shame because the decoration and location are good. You need to review the bedding with a dry cleaning and dry cleaning service (not the cold washing machine at the top without laundry detergent with the sheets dragging on the floor or in the toilet) and put on double sound glazing!

Great location! Right in the heart of Casco Viejo you are a short walk to anything in this part of town. That said, it's noisy with the bustling nightlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Very poor communication, my apartment was occupied and they gave us an hour and a half after waiting and being on the street and then the next day they wanted me to change to another apartment that was not the one I had rented, very well located but bad experience with the company that rents and takes care of very badly. I wouldn't go back with them.

Excellent place , if you have a short time and want to get to know Casco Viejo , this is the place to book, you can quickly walk to all places of interest, there is a mini supermarket three houses away. I stayed on Wednesday even though you could hear the rumba at a nearby nightclub.

The location is perfect, the place is just as in the photos, it is practical and very nice, and the communication with the owners was super timely. The only thing that would improve is the cleanliness, we were told that we couldn't get in until they did the cleaning, but the only thing she did was change the sheets and put toilet paper in the bathroom, this would be the only thing to improve, the rest was very good.

We could have asked for more. The location was perfect, in the most beautiful neighborhood in the middle of parks, museums, cafes, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment is superb, easy to access . Wonderful!!!!! Recommended 100%

The space is great and as pictured. The kitchen is perfect for making coffee and simple meals. The beds are comfortable and the rainfall showerhead was a nice touch. Location is fantastic for exploring Casco Viejo. Please note there are nightclubs next door that play loud music late into the night on any day of the week. Street traffic noise and honking are loud until partying ends.

The place is located directly across the street from a nightclub! No hot water. The tv in the front room doesn’t work. I f you enjoy the night life and parties in your room, go for it!

The place is beautiful. Exactly as in the photos, my friends and I loved the place, the whole atmosphere was what we needed... a getaway in the city and close to everything…. With a balcony, air conditioning, hot water... well, the essentials... I would stay here again

The place was beautiful and clean and check in was smooth and efficient. Sadly the location was not the best choice - sleep was impossible as outside noise and music goes on until 4 to 5 in the morning.

Great location, exactly as in the pictures, very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Area with plenty of space, we felt like home, super central, with mini super close by for grocery shopping. I'm sure to go back to it again .

The apartment is exactly as seen, super comfortable. Remember that it is a first floor by staircase (especially when it comes to raising your luggage...) The location is excellent and you can walk to the entire downtown without any inconvenience. Very safe.

The patio doors to the bedroom are less than 20 feet from the patio doors of the loudest dance club in town. Ear plugs are no help!

Great, spacious spot in the heart of Casco! Perfect communication and ease of check-in. Clean and comfortable. I stayed on a Monday night, so the bar/restaurant La Catrina across the street was closed. I slept well!!
