Very positively surprised! Apartment is in the best location. Everything within walking distance. Service from the landlord: excellent! I can only recommend.

Pepe was super responsive and fixed any issue that came up immediately, such as buying new pillows and the water not working for an hour.

This is the place to stay if you want convenience. Most everything is within walking distance. You feel very safe. Pepe was great!! The loft is extremely well kept and all the amenities.

The place really honors its photos , location and comfort, very comfortable, cozy and with good details , with everything you need for a good stay, biem recommended and it is one of my first options whenever I think of that area

Pepe met me at the apartment as promised, he is a great and friendly host. The apartment is entirely as advertised. The second level has a totally cool reading room. Place is really well located but at the same time not in a noisy part of the Casco. I didn't have a car but the place offers a parking spot - which is a rarity in the Casco. Would stay here again.

The place was beautiful, and came with a lot of extra perks. It also had a great location and even provided a secure parking area for our car. We would love to stay there again the next time we visit Panama.

This is a very large split level condo in an exclusive neighborhood. Stay here if you can get it booked!

This place was the best part of Panama! I was here for a month. The tile bathroom wow! Can you find the two unique tiles side by side. Hint: One is dueling surfboards. The only knock on the place would be the washer and dryer. It didn’t automatically turn off when I used it. Make sure to get the instructions before attempting to use it.

Great place in a awesome part of town the oldest part of town Casco Viejo with all bars, restaurants and shops round the corner with the amazing restructured of the old buildings which still going strong, I believe in a couple of years Casco Viejo, will be the hottest place in town. Will be back anytime when in Panama City 🙌

Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many restaurants and bars. All you need is available at the loft. Very convenient to have a parking lot at the premises. Safe place. I will definitely come back.

My family and I really enjoyed this apartment located in a privileged place in the Old Town of the city ; in a reserved street, with excellent view from the roof of the building near restaurants , cafes and bars and above all the plus stop its own parking lot. Pepe's apartment is beautiful, fixedly decorated with many details; I give it a 10 from arrival to departure !!! 100 percent recommended !!!

Wow. This place is outstanding. It is spacious. It is quiet. It has parking - in Casco Viejo, where there is hardly any parking. It is right next to the theatre, 2 blocks from the water. Book it if you can!

We stayed at this incredible loft for 2 weeks and it was simply fantastic. I'm going to try to not make this review too long, but there is so much to say. Communication Pepe is a fantastic communicator. It's easy to see why he's a "Superhost". All check-in directions were communicated effectively and whenever I had a question about anything, Pepe got back to me in a matter of minutes. I really appreciated his great communication skills. He speaks excellent English too. I speak very bad Spanish, but it wasn't even necessary because he speaks such good English. The Space The loft space is a lovely mix of old and new. It's stylish, urban, hip and peaceful. It's a one-bedroom loft with two separate living spaces. The downstairs living space has a large blue sofa, and the upstairs living space (next to to the bathroom) has a small beige couch and a few other comfy chairs to relax in. The Bathroom The bathroom was my favorite part of the house. It's got colorful, stunning Mexican tile throughout the entire bathroom. Taking a shower was a very fun and relaxing experience! There was plenty of hot water, and the rain showerhead was a really nice added feature. The Kitchen The kitchen is large and very well-equipped. We cooked almost all of our meals in the loft for the entire two weeks and it had every single thing we needed. Salt and cooking oil were provided. It had plenty of pots, pans bowls, silverware, etc. Safety and security The building is located on a quiet corner of Casco Viejo. The location was incredible. However, due to Covid 19, a lot of places in Casco Viejo were closed down, so we ended up staying home a lot. This was OK, because the loft was such a nice place to chill in. Another bonus is that there is a on-site property manager who can hep you if anything goes wrong. He helped us a few times and he was always around during the day. I would not hesitate to book this place. Just do it. You will enjoy your stay. It's professionally run, it's secure, all basic amenities are provided, communication with Pepe is great and it's in a nice location. Are there any cons? I do want to mention that the loft is on the ground floor. We frequently heard noise coming from our upstairs neighbor. We named him "clompy". The noise we heard in no way detracted from our experience. Even with some noise from the upstairs neighbor, I would still book this place again, and again, and again.

My boyfriend (Mexican nationality) and I, went to Pepe's apartment, for his first visit in Panama City...and we just loved it. I could not have a better location in Casco: close to the best restaurants and bars, the Coastal Strip, in a realistic safe area, with access to the start of the tour of the Vaults. Every detail of the decoration has been very well thought out, making the most of each space. We were able to work comfortably, the kitchen is very well equipped. It was so welcoming, that in a couple of days, we felt like our home. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Pepe was very responsive and available for any questions we had. The location was very nice, in a quiet area of Casco Viejo. We did not use the kitchen amenities, but it looked to be fully stocked. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

Great location and comfortable bed!

This apartment is stylish, clean, and in the greatest location. It is close to everything, yet it is quiet. It's on a corner facing a small park overlooking the water. The host is great at communicating the entry procedures, etc.

This apartment is very clean, safe, quiet 7x24, and very conveniently located to pulperias, restaurants, museums and historic points of interest, and exactly as advertised. Pepe is extremely responsive to whatever assistance you may need. He is also great at introducing Casco to the first-timer.

Don't doubt this spot. Its address situates it very nicely to everything you could want to check out in Casco Viejo, either for visiting during the day or going out at night. The bang for your buck is pretty clear after spending more than one night; we stayed for a week, and it made for a great HQ for day trips to Taboga, tours in the jungle, nights out on the town and stumbling back home... and it all felt perfectly safe and secure. Resources and amenities were great here too—when we messaged the host to tell them there was no toilet paper left, he sent a delivery man immediately within the hour with two packages of TP, PLUS a bottle of cava for the trouble!!! We enjoyed drinking that one on the beach later on. ;) Suppose our only complaint is that when there's no air circulation in the apartment via the air conditioners, the air smells a bit like mildew. Don't worry, though! Once you start running the AC, the smell goes away pretty quickly. Some folks say it gets noisy in Casco, but this location was quite quiet with its location on the fringes of the neighborhood. Besides, if you're the type to find squawking birds by the window and some tipsy tourists yelling outside annoying, c'mon: You're staying in the wrong part of town, full stop. Finally, last comment: The restaurant Riesen is waaaaaaay better than Maito. There, I said it.

Pepe’s place in casco is perfectly situated for convenience and quiet in this bustling neighborhood. It is in an elegant building and has nice touches of antiquity and modernization. You will love it.

If you are looking for the most perfect little place to eat in Casco Viejo, you have found it! This apt is in the best location! It’s very spacious, has a parking space for those of you that are renting a car especially since it’s hard to find parking. It’s clean, has all the features you want want (full kitchen, nice bathroom and shower, washer/dryer etc.). But what made it even better was Pepe and his quick responses and ready to help us with any recommendations around town. This is the place to stay!

If you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet, spacious one bedroom in Casco, this will do it. There was a problem with the cold water in the washing machine, and Pepe got plumbers there within a couple of days despite it being a holiday weekend. The furniture and appliances are all in good nick. Our only quibble was a crack in the coffee plunger that relegated us to instant during early morning while we waited for coffee shops to open. We’d definitely stay here again. And a good price for Casco

I had a wonderful stay in Pepe's apartment. It is in a great and safe location in Casco Viejo within walking distance of everything to see there. It also was located fairly centrally for all the places I wanted to visit (Uber rides were mostly anywhere from $3-6). The apartment is really nice, clean, very comfortable, and spacious. The shower and hot water were great (always my #1 requirement). The building has a private entrance and check-in was easy. Pepe was very responsive and patient with me throughout the entire process. which I really appreciate, especially since this was my first visit to Panama. Great value, can't recommend enough.

Fantastic location in Casco Viejo. The apartment is very spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer, if needed. It was easy to communicate with Pepe and his wife met us to let us in. It has an off street parking space but just leave your car parked when in Casco Viejo

Amazing, spacious loft, exactly as described. We had an early flight in, and Pepe kindly allowed us to check in in the morning. Just a few minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants. Perfect end to our holiday!

Perfectly located on a quiet street near the water but a few seconds' walk from the main street. Pepe patiently waited for us till late in the evening since our flight was delayed. The apt has everything one needs for a vacation rental. Because of the loft design, it is spacious. Highly recommended.

If I could have a place of my own it would be just like this loft. Comfortably sleeps 3-4 (1 bed 2 couches), is in a great neighborhood, and was clean and comfortable. Pepe was great with the check in and check out. Gave my friend suggestions about places to go as well. Definitely would stay here again

Pepe's place is wonderful. The location couldn't be any better for a stay in Casco Viejo. There is absolutely no need for a car, even though there is a parking spot, you can walk to everything you need. There are more restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and places to see than I actually had time to visit in the 2 days I was there. Pepe was also very flexible with the check-in. Due to the hurricane that had passed through one day before I was to arrive I got stuck in another city, kept having flights delayed, and Pepe worked with me to make sure someone was available to let me in when I was finally able to get into Panama City. All in all, this is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone I know. Thank you Pepe!

This apartment is a hidden gem located in a very lovely and quiet area of Casco Viejo. The fact that it's so quiet is a treat in itself as many other areas in Casco can be very noisy. Having a private parking is also a luxury in this compact area. Everything inside is nicely done. The bed is super comfortable and the sheets are very soft. The kitchen could use a bit more equipment. A microwave would be a plus, too. There's only a mobile internet, which can sometimes be finicky (probably due to the thick stone walls), but opening some of the windows did the trick for me. Communication with Pepe and his parents was fantastic- they are excellent hosts and very accommodating. Overall, this was a marvelous experience.

Pepe was awesome from the beginning and met me at the apartment on day of arrival with the keys. He was very explicit and described the area exactly on how it was. The apartment is located in a safe area and within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

Pepe was so easy to communicate with. I do have to apologize again. I was suppose to be there at 3pm to arrive. But got tied up till about 6pm at the airport. The place is BEAUTIFUL, close to night life, restaurants, bars, clubs. Such a great place for an amazing area in Casco Viejo. Modern cozy apartment. I would DEFINITELY love to stay here again, I will. What makes it better is that you have a private parking incase you rent a car, because parking in Casco from my own experience is a nightmare and had my car scratched once. So I really appreciated the gated parking. For the price, you can't beat that. Again such a great price for a beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Wish I could've stayed longer to really get a feel for it.

The apartment was beautiful and for me actually better than the Photo's. Casco is a really cool area of Panama City also. Pepe was a very good host and very easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone.
