We fell in love with this place. We are already planning on coming back and staying here again. Aaron was awesome to work with and the staff at the resort were awesome as well. Highly recommend!

An absolute gem, the pictures don’t do this place justice. Two actual separate places in one. Main condo has the kitchen, living room & full bathroom. Separate bedroom has its own entrance with 2 beds & full bathroom. Totally private rooms with one large patio connecting the units in one. La Villa Estancia is the only resort of the 3 that lets you bring your own food & drinks to the pool and beach loungers. We were a one family party of 5 but you can definitely do 2-3 families with up 7 people. The beach was rough with daily red flag but I knew that going in. We just walked to La Oficina area for safer beach activities. If you’re looking to relax with mostly older crowd then this place is for you. This is not a party resort and that’s what we were looking for.

We had an amazing stay at Aaron’s place. The unit is extremely spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning was very cold, and the resort grounds well maintained. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The accommodations were perfect for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We came down with two other families for Thanksgiving. All of us stayed at the same resort. We all can’t wait to come back. Don’t hesitate to book Aaron’s home away from home.

Incredible top floor villa accomodation in one of the most beautiful, serene and quiet hotel complex in Cabo. The villa is huge (the photos doesn’t do it justice) and has everything you need. The balcony is also very spacious to eat, relax, and cook (bbq), with breathtaking views. We loved that we could access all the hotel amenities (gym, pool, sauna, restaurants) and the beach so easily from the villa. It felt very safe for our kids to go down to the pool alone every morning. Aaron was very responsible and check-in via the hotel front-desk was a breeze. It also comes with a free and secured parking space which was really great. We had a blast and will be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Aaron’s AirBNB ! The property was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Even though we happened to be there during a hurricane, we still had a great time and felt safe throughout our stay. Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. I definitely look forward to booking Aaron’s Airbnb again in the summer! Highly recommend this host and property! ☺️

Wow. Wow. Wow. That what you will say when you walk in, walk across the living room and open the door to the patio .It’s such a nice location . The unit itself is on the top floor so there are views of the cruise ship and the whole bay. Bedrooms felt luxurious and were on opposite ends of the, so both felt private. Pool had great food and drinks. Ultra friendly service. Beach in front was great from swimming, even for kids. I would stay here again .

Aaron and his team did an amazing job to help me celebrate my 70th birthday in grand style. From the pick up transportation who stopped on the way to the resort for us to pick up groceries and the amazing resort staff who transported it all to our room, everyone was eager to please. Not only did they facilitate our fishing trip which had to be moved a couple times, they also set up a private chef to celebrate my big day in style, all the way down to making my own mother’s carrot cake recipe for dessert. The villa was spotless when we arrived and having every other day maid service was a nice benefit. The place looks exactly as the pictures show, including the view from the top floor patio. Aaron and team were extremely responsive and so helpful. You are only a 5 minute ride to the marina area or 10-15 minute ride to anywhere in downtown Los Cabos. We had an amazing time, trust me you will love this place!

What a beautiful villa! It's clean, well equipped, comfy beds, spacious and a wonderful view of the ocean! We will definitely return again. We ended up doing the all inclusive and we were really impressed with the food and service. Thanks again, Aaron for making our Cabo stay so special.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful resort!

Amazing top floor location, the deck area has great views although not as large as some of the other units because it is the top floor. Aaron was a great host, communication was first class, very helpful with tips and contact for airport transportation and activities while there. The place is furnished beautifully, and the resort is one of the nicest I've had the pleasure of staying at. The staff are unbelievable!! they really care about the guests. This is a quieter more peaceful and elegant resort compared to the sister hotels each side. I was worried about getting sunbeds around the pool, but it wasn't an issue, you can hold the beds for an hour. The food options are on the high end, to be expected for a top location, Pool restaurant is good, the drinks by the pool are very expensive at $12 each. The location is excellent, great beach, you can walk to the office for breakfast about a 10 min walk, always a good time. Sunset cruise on a catamaran, $75 excellent. Thank you Aaron!

Our family loved staying at Aaron’s place. The condo was spacious and clean, not to mention the heated pool and gym access were a bonus. We would love to stay again.

Great place to stay. this is our second time here at this resort and love it. Only issue we had was with the hot water. maintenance came out 2 times to try and resolve it but ultimately it required us to run hot water a few minutes to get hot water to come and it only affected half of the place. guest room had instant hot water every time. Smart tvs were great for our little bit of down time. very comfortable beds and relaxing environment. it was 11 bucks to catch a cab to downtown and the dock area. staff here is super friendly and the swim up bar was visited every day. We love Cabo and this is the place to stay when coming here for sure.

Aaron's place was exactly as described. It is located at a wonderful resort with great food and a very helpful and attentive staff. Aaron was helpful in connecting me with a local contact who ended up helping me with private ground transportation, golf and other excursions. Could not have asked for a better experience, 10/10 would stay here again.
