For Nicaraguans/foreigners who want to visit Granada and stay in a place that meets the needs of a family, this is an excellent option. The host is very friendly and approachable, and the house matched the description; it met our expectations.

Our stay in Granada had many positives. The house itself is very nice, spacious, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed being there and appreciated the potential this place truly has. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by what seemed to be an issue with the guests before us. They left late and apparently caused some damage (a broken television and shower), so the cleaning team did not seem to have enough time to properly prepare the house. We kept finding food and other items left behind, and basic supplies like shampoo were missing, which was disappointing. Communication was also a bit confusing at times, which did not help in an already complicated situation. I do not write reviews like this lightly, as I have generally been very happy with Airbnb for years. But I rely on honest reviews when I travel, so I want to be honest here as well.

A very well-equipped house, with rocking chairs, to socialize. An important aspect is that it is very centrally located, a short walk from the Calzada and restaurants. I'll definitely be back soon!

Lovely spot in the centre of Granada. Great space for families to cook dinner and we also loved the pool! Would definitely recommend for a city break.

The place is very large, the kitchen is very well equipped and nicely decorated. The location is beautiful, very close to the lake. You feel completely comfortable – highly recommended!

Well located in a quiet area and close to everything at the same time. Midway to the Lake Nicaragua and to Parque central. Kids love the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at George's place. If you know the city it's near Le Elglisa Guadalupe which is very walkable to La Calzada but far away to not be noisy. It's very easy to find and we were able to easily navigate our friends to the place. For the price it's a great option and George was a super responsive and easy host. We would definitely stay there again. There are places a bit closer to center, bigger and higher end finishings but likely not for the price. It fills a great niche.

George’s house was beautiful Well equipment and very comfy, me and my family felt right at home. George, Sergio and Eyner were very friendly and very responsive! I would come back for sure at anytime. Thank you all!

Georges Oasis Azul was a beautiful home with a gorgeous pool and open feeling very Colonial. It's very close to things to do in Granada, I highly recommend this house!
