This is a fantastic place to stay. It had more than enough room for our family of 5. The view from the balcony is amazing, and it was very relaxing to just lounge around and use the pool.

The house's location atop the hill offers a million dollar view of the beach and surrounding forest. Our experience with Mr. Lenin was very positive, as he was consistently attentive and available to assist. Having stayed at other Airbnb properties in Costa Rica during our vacation, I would like to suggest the following improvements. 1- Upgrade the family/living room with more comfortable and higher-quality furniture. 2- Install an Air conditioning unit in the family/living room, as the largest area of the house becomes quite hot due to the absence of air conditioning, and Uvita's climate tends to be particularly hot. 3- Upgrade the showers: water pressure was very low, and the water only came out lukewarm or hot, never cold. Given the heat, cold water would be preferable. 4- Eliminate the pervasive and the strong odor throughout the house (perhaps by using some kind of air freshener). Making these upgrades would undoubtedly improve the experience for all future guests.

Absolutely stunning view. The home is stocked with just about everything you would need which was a nice touch. Host greeted us upon arrival and departure and was quick to respond when we couldn't get the ac to work in one of the rooms. It was corrected within an hour of notification. The hosts are such wonderful people and were very personable. We enjoyed many nights at the home to enjoy the amazing pool and were able to see a large family of monkeys from the porch. There is also an awesome food court within 3 minutes from the property offering many awesome restraunts and amazing Gelato; A bonus was the Playscape and swimming pool for the kids at the food plaza . Thanks again for the stay. I would definitely return or recommend to anyone looking to stay in Uvita.

We were greeted by the host upon arrival. He answered any questions we had and gave us local recommendations. He was quick to respond with any questions. The views from the house were beautiful and relaxing. The home was as described. The host made special arrangements for a cooking class that I had asked for and it was great. The kids enjoyed it. The location was secluded but also had quick access to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and local waterfall. We had a great stay!

Amazing ocean views in Uvita! Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning; we could even see the famous Whale's Tail (Bahía Ballena) right from the property, which was such a special touch. The location made it easy to soak in the natural beauty of the area every day. The host was wonderful: communicative, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. It really added to how relaxed and enjoyable the whole trip felt. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, clean, and well equipped with everything you need. The view from the second-floor balcony is beautiful. The place is private; it was clean. My only complaint is that I couldn't find a hairdryer as advertised, but I'm only mentioning this to complain about something, as our experience was 20/10. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. Hope to comeback soon ✨

This property was beautiful. It was very close to the beach and our group enjoyed just relaxing at the Airbnb with the pool and hammocks. The host and property manager are also very responsive and helpful!

Great place for the price. We figured how to cool the inside with the lower bedroom ac units and the fans. Costa Rica is hot but was sweltering when we arrived. Pool was great for the kids with a great view. Location is great in Uvita. Not ideal to be asked not to flush toilet paper but ended up being ok to do so. Accommodated two families well with two masters.

Thanks for staying with us! We enjoyed having you. Not flushing the toilet paper is typical in Costa Rica because of the delicate septic systems. Yes, Costa Rica is hot especially in the dry season when you came. Typically there is no central AC in Costa Rica because electricity is extremely expensive. Hence we only provide AC in the bedrooms and ceiling fans through the entire home. Glad you enjoyed the pool and the view. It is one of the best views in the area yet close to town. The view was breathtaking. The pool was beautiful. The flow and set up of the floor plan was really comfortable for our family enjoying time together. The pool and cabana set up with outdoor dining table was especially nice. It was a really wonderful place to stay and we hope to come back someday

Our stay at Unicornio was all we wanted and more. It was as warm and inviting as it was beautiful. The pool was the perfect size for adults and kids alike. The bedrooms were cool and spacious. We really appreciate the large walk through closets into the bathrooms upstairs. Henry was warm, friendly, and quick to reply when we needed anything. (Including having to switch our dryer out the same day it was having trouble) Anna was also super quick to respond to all our questions. Great location and so quick and close to everything you could want. Many shops, restaurants, groceries and so on. Would highly recommend for your next stay in Uvita!
